Without a JV there will be a placing. It's and AIM pharma. I liked the results but the market didn't. I hope they get the JV sooner than the placing. Again - it's an AIM pharma!

There's a certain trend to VAL's SP since their inception - Just look. It'll spike again if people wait that long. Cost me a few quid over the years.

Isn't their lead drug fully funded by an FDA specialist company to pass it's P111? Pass or fail the SP will be worth alot more on the lead in to results. I think the fund raise was to support their ongoing RandD. Not saying they didn't give it away and I'm as Peed off as many on here.

Traders have got hold of it - I'm not saying you can't make money on it but It's not an investment. When IMM didn't pass it's p111 it dropped to about 10p from 150pish (don't quote me!) bounced back up by 100 percent to 20p in about an hour. Good for a rush but I'm far to old for that excitement. I hoping for a lot more than 32p in the medium term! One thing I'm trying to understand is the impact of a p111 pass based on the deal struck for the trial funding. Any advice greatfully received. When IMM were going alone 4 quid plus was being banded around alot. I'm sure the deal will have a negative impact on this figure (shared profits) but I don't know to what extent. All based on a successful p111 of course
