i think as a company especially exploration lorna's strength is jus this and not as a producer

the production plant design was i think it was part of the mining licence application and so required

but im going with other poster mentioning company be sold

then it's just a time span of approx 4 weeks to flow what's there and some tests down hope but nothing major

To add any idea how long it flowed previously when they discovered it at 961 mtres and 4.7 helium content

I'm guessing helium have pushed ahead with mining application over last 5 months as they know they have commercial well here

just off their previous 961 m drill and pressure and helium 4.7 is enough needed just reserve size

if other zones don't show helium doesn't matter

if from 961 m to extended drill 200 m further and this has helium shows we're flying as this will i feel give size or thickness of reservoir

with entering two further zones now extending drill we now have 3 bites of the same cherry

increasing flowrate

helium purity

and reservoir size

in next rns due hopefully soon declaring td being reached be great to hear helium was found all the way down on all targeted zones

The value of the sp is not reduced because of the cost of dilution and added increase in shares to market

the cash raised by dilution is used to prove up and propel the company forward with its plans to commercialisation through ewt or purchase of its own rig etc and so adds ultimate value to the company

not rocket science here

as would be raising capital by further dilution to cover the £50 m for the production facility to be self sufficient and cash generative ultimately increasing value for shareholders

No rns can also be seen as a good thing

if the drill had encountered problems the company would have to notify the market

and as mentioned 150m would of taken approx 2 days to drill were now 8 days in from start of extended drill

last friday so should have easily hit target depth by now

mondsy rns is also my guess and if we have hit td just flowrate to be left for 4 weeks no problems

how do you think raising capital to achieve next stage of commercialism is creating more risk i'd say it's reducing it

why does drill need to confirm what first drill achieved and has been independently verified

and finally feasibility survey has been ongoing since february and has a lot to do with environmental impact logistics local communities etc

we are literally looking to understand size of reserve here

we already have acceptable pressure and helium content

each box ticked reduces chance of success in my view

but agree we all have different perspectives

Your quite right it is all guesswork

and as helium isnt traded on a market it hard to value as its supplier to customer droven contractual basis so anything from $500 to $1000 mcf

air liquid just completed a helium deal in usa for £1 billion alone

so many mechanics involved

being invested in oil for

many years can see similarities in getting out the ground

helium pure 4.6 % no carbons to remove

hydrogen content 2.2 %

no artificial lift required

licence percentage to tanzanian government

more experienced guys on here can help with costs

and with that knowledge she was happy to push forward with production planning and mining permits regulations and application going forward
