Interims will be by the end of this month - today or tomorrow - I’m hoping RNS this afternoon !!

Friendly helpful advice for the naysayers - Amazon do a line of “dot to dot “ books for children - the dots are numbered so you can’t go wrong - join the dots up with a pencil and it creates a picture - like errm I know - a picture like a rocket or unicorn or a car like a Lamborghini and then you can colour them in - this will help you to read info find the dots and join them up to create the bigger picture !

TB was told to launch syme in US - we know how TB is well connected and respected in US - sounds like we are seriously looking to move into dual listing in the shortest possible time !!

Must admit I’m feeling a little excited and more confident about FB completion part of the Arc loan was for 10% purchase of FB so one would assume it will happen along with 1st tranche - come on AZ - deliver !!!

Parm - I think that is a great summary of where we are - AZ did state ( rather clumsily) we can not dictate to the big funders and don’t want to cause any trouble - or words to that effect - but - we are ready !

The arrival of the green coffin brigade only supports my theory as it’s one last ditched attempt to sow seeds of doubt - too little too late for them IMO - if all they can come up with is CEOs salary they are really scraping the bottom of the barrel - if all goes well it will be very interesting to see what they come up with next !

All posts on here including my own are speculation - some speculate and reference RNSs , proactive etc whilst others only comment on how low shareholders must be feeling - never backed with references and all negative speculation on a share they have no vested interest in - or so they claim !!

Interims are due - once interims are out AZ and the big boys will be loading up before big news lands - think interims tomorrow and big news Thursday - FB completion was to be in July with longstop deadline 30th sept - it could be all done but due to NDA won’t be RNS till IMs that’s when Syme will purchase 10% of FB - only 2 trading days left after close of business today !!!

I no longer need an alarm clock - for more than a year I’ve never been late for work lol

Just a thought - opinions differ depending on whether your a glass half full or glass half empty kind of person - personally I’m neither - my glass doth runneth over lol
“We are ready “ for the 1st time this seems to be an accurate assessment - we’ve got the funders - we’ve got the clients - we know the platform is ready and working as we have seen it - so why shouldn’t we see IMs this month !
Not saying FB will be complete but I wouldn’t bet against it either - interims are also due end of month - just 3 trading days left so not long to find out - I have bags of faith and won’t sit on the fence - I’ll stick my neck out and say we will see 1st IMs this month - if I’m wrong it will be the 1st time ever lol only joking of course - if I’m wrong so be it I’ll take it on the chin - one thing I do know is it 110% defo is coming and part of the excitement nervousness is not knowing when - Amy Benning did state we will significant growth in Q4 and Q1 next year - Q4 is only 3 days away

FB before end of month and some do - we all want it to be completed but this is syme and we have been here before expecting news that doesn’t materialise - AZ did state we have multiple funders for the Italian clients and we were not relying on a single funder - we are hoping FB completes and simultaneously the 1st tranche of Italian clients - interim accounts are also due at the end of the month - so to sum - no one knows lol sorry I can’t be anymore helpful than that others might add more - AZ did say “ we are managing a delay - we are ready and inline with revenue guidance -
