Cahoodle - great response that sums up the way the de rampers work - continually sowing seeds of doubt regurgitating the same questions over and over - once the 1st IMs are done they will have no where to go with their negativity time is running out for them LTH will still be here enjoying the journey and the rewards !

Divvyup - I don’t predict sp as to do so we need to see numbers and revenue .

With regards to platform we have seen the demo and have been told the platform is ready - as with all technology it will never be completed but continually updated/improved but it’s ready for the purpose it is intended - IMs

With regards to predicting IMs - I don’t do that either - AZ has stated the 1st IMs won’t be at the end of the year it will be before - the interims contains the revenue guidance and AZ has confirmed we are on target to meet the revenue target , if we are to meet the revenue target IMs have to start happening soon - with regards to 1st IMs and impact on sp the two go hand in hand the 1st IMs signal more than just revenue it delivers poc and that we are a going concern - funders will be identified this will significantly increase the sp IMO as it confirms we are generating revenue.

I do agree that Q2 2022 is when we will see a large re-rate and the snowball effect - to sum up for me both short term and long term look really promising and exciting :)

I think the sp pain will be over very soon we are in-line with target revenues for 2021 AZ not replying to emails - directors blocked from buying as sat on market sensitive info - it’s all coming together and recent staff recruitment aswell as new chairman - when AZ said we are ready he was a little premature - however I think we are ready now !

I see it slightly different - if AZ is to meet the revenue target IMs need to start happening very soon - directors can’t buy at the moment as they are privy to market sensitive info ! Sp will not go up until we see revenue generated - sp has hit its low IMO slight movement either way pretty much as seen in the last few weeks - might have a few weeks window of opportunity to top up but then think the 1st of many IMs will be completed - we will see soon enough :)

My posts are to support like minded investors who have a vested interest in the success of syme it that doesn’t fit with you narrative which as always comes directly after an RNS nothing I can do about that - as for paid rampers according to you AZ owes me some money !

Could this be the re-rate week - budget on Wednesday which could be hurtful - RNS on Wednesday or Friday naming new chair amongst other things - not long till kick off take the knee , enjoy the game and be grateful your in the team !

Could this be a multi bag - for those who bought in right at the beginning it’s already a multi bag ! depends on your entry point -
no one can predict the sp accurately not even AZ - calculations have been done by some that predict the sp to be 1.5p by Xmas providing we reach the numbers in the interim report - lots going on in the background and lots of expected news by month end starting with naming of new chair - shariah update - 1st IM a possibility but not a given at this stage that said to reach the targets it’s got to start happening soon :)

Think the problem is some people just don’t want to see what the sp could be - if AZ and ARC are serious about listing on Nasdaq the sp would need to meet the criteria of $4 so around £2 will need consolidation to do so but think with all the expected news in 12 months time we could see a dual listing - that’s when the big money comes in :)

We need to be reminded AZ launched the company just before a global pandemic hit - lots of companies/businesses have not survived the pandemic - syme has and not only survived its expanded !!

The Shariah compliant version of the Platform is progressing well with its funding specialist and a dedicated announcement regarding this initiative is expected shortly.

New Chairman appointment - news expected end of October and as I write this I’m hoping AZ will prove me wrong and we will see an RNS sooner - but why expect AZ to change the habit of a lifetime lol

In July the Company engaged Nurole Ltd in respect of the recruitment of a new Chair. The process is in its final stages and the Board expects to update the market by the end of October.

100% believe it’s coming no matter what anyone says and it’s coming soon :)

AZ is still empire building ! I like most LTH are showing a paper deficit - but when you take time to read the RNSs and look at what actually has been achieved and the hiring of new staff it all points to IMs and launch being delivered very soon in more than one region - we will soon be moving on from tranches to a rolling monthly platform and the numbers globally should be staggering - you can read the ****e on here or read the RNS’s again on here and come to your own conclusion !!!

New geographies: US and Asia-Pacific (APAC)

US: The Group sees a large market for inventory-based transactions in the US and, as such, has engaged one of its accounting advisors to assess the US GAAP compliance of the existing IM Transaction structure. In parallel, The Trade Advisory and Mr. Anthony Brown remain in discussion with potential Inventory Funders and client companies interested in the inventory monetisation service in the US.

APAC: Leveraging the support of ARC Group (as per the RNS of 02 September 2021), the Company has commenced discussions for a pilot a IM Transaction in the region.

Shariah funding stream mentioned again and again - AZ did refer to it positively in the proactive interview - it feels like a number of revenue generating streams are very close to fruition !

Finally, the Group expects to continue its positive progress in the coming months on key initiatives underway, a number of which have not been included in the Trading Update announced on 31 August, including the Shariah funding stream.

Just reading through the interims again - if there are delays with sandbox decree - “ these initial transactions will involve the UK as well ! 1st IM could come from any number of regions followed very quickly be the 2nd IMs !!!

“In order to support the IM transactions and mitigate the potential funding concentration risk, the Fund is liaising with over 12 Institutional Investors and family offices which have demonstrated interest in being the Inventory Funder for the initial IM Transactions.
