Thing is we’ve been told by many on here the lights are going out - they are not - small IM completed 3rd dec - platform is up and running - sounding more like we have a viable business - plain vanilla adds another revenue stream one which may see clients in the future switch to IM or WL

It’s also a reminder to loaned shares companies unless they are 100% certain of winning the court case they may well end up paying significantly more than they needed too to return loaned shares - given what’s happened today the right kind of news the sp could be much higher than its highest point today 🤞🙏

Well we have kept the faith and belief and held tight all the way through all the taunts and the digs , it is just one day and could just be a spike but it just goes to show you how things can change with a blink of the eye and just how many are still watching and waiting for syme to get going 🤞🙏

The analyser - Nuburu wasn’t a suggestion it was an example that other assets could be in play here and Nuburu was the 1st that came to mind knowing both tag & SFE have an interest in Nuburu

However you have to ask yourself which legal entity is the most likely to generate a healthy return in future ..

Non of the above 😂😂 of course I say that in jest - all I know is it sounds like a big red flag is being sorted which can’t be a bad thing - hopefully loaned shares will be tackled soon and we can start talking about the company and not the companies hangovers 🙏🤞

Below is how you are reading the situation - if that is the case we should get a TR1 also it’s SFE that has transferred assets and not syme

Both tag and SFE have other assets - Nuburu springs to mind and both tag and SFE have an interest in Nuburu - RTOP is also an asset - so immediately jumping to the conclusion that it’s syme shares that have been transferred is not right imo - there could be other assets in play here - now I’m not saying they are just that none of us know 100%

“This tells me that ECP has received shares ('listed financial instruments')in SYME in exchange for the bond in the expectation that they will rise in value allowing ECP to 'liquidate' over time. But as there is uncertainty and high risks attached as to whether SYME will succeed over time or not the 'security package currently in place' remains untill all those shares are liquidated again over time.”

So just to clarify - the assets have been transferred to ECP - ECP over a period of time will be liquidating those assets to realise the €40m - once complete tag is free of the bond

It’s a binding agreement and we have no idea of the assets they are referring too nor how long it will take to liquidise those assets - until the assets are fully liquidated the original bond is still in place .

I don’t think it’s necessarily that - as always we are trying to work out and de siphon the RNSs which contain limited information leaving us to second guess what it means for us as shareholders - the assets they mention could be anything we simply have no idea so all posts are not factual it’s just investors ideas and thoughts which are what these discussion boards are for - share views , opinions and ideas - after years of negativity it’s reasonable and understandable that people who have a financial interest in syme will welcome anything positive and indeed look for any chink of light in what has understanbly become a very dark place .

I’ve not posted on here for a while as there has been no news so nothing new to post about - I remember at AGM AZ was saying “ the charge has nothing to do with syme , it’s separate “ some were angry and adamant the charge was related and affecting syme - now it’s not 🤷‍♂️- now no one is saying the charge is the reason why the sp is where it is but it could be why there has been no further IMs - none of us know it all and we are just chatting and sharing our thoughts that we are entitled to - lots are happier than they were yesterday which is good for morale more trades today than there has been for months - so I’m not alone in feeling slightly upbeat about today - AZ may or may not be a liar but the claims are not new and it’s been said for a while now but a liar or not people have bought back in after selling up despite the fact AZ may have lied or not , I did message AZ and other board members a couple of days ago reminding them of Steve K ( may he rest peacefully ) as some members in the same TG were saying they felt suicidal - I can post the message I sent in TG group if anyone doubts my integrity - I’m not into the bickering on this or any other bb and won’t get drawn into a online waste of time squabble - I leave it there and not post again until further news arrives - everyone is entitled to feel how they want to feel after today and I won’t question anyone’s negativity or positivity and as always time will time - but best wishes to all and good luck in all that you do 👍

It just goes to show you steady just when some think it’s all over it’s actually far from it - no one saw that coming - if AZ can get loaned shares sorted and new auditors in place it could change everything - I remember someone saying “ we ain’t going to move until charge settled and loaned shares sorted “ maybe they are right and AZ seems to be dealing with both

Some have been saying repeatedly that Tag are basically insolvent yet AZ has gone from having a none controlling interest in SFE to now being in control of SFE via tag - can’t have it both ways 😁

Today has been a good day in more ways than one - a big red flag has been removed imo and it also proves there is still much interest in syme and if and when we do get going it will be interesting to how many top up and how many jump back in - todays news was an RNS from ECP imagine how things will be when there is significant news from a syme RNS 🙏

Nothing is over until it’s over we could be back in the game 🙏

We don’t know yet if the bid has been successful or not and either way no one knows what it could mean for WL - we could even see unicredit WL 😁

👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼😂 peakhope comes from the area I work in - Hope valley which is in the Peak District and not hoping to sell at the peak 😁 which of course we all are - not going to jump on the bandwagon and get lots of likes for bashing AZ and syme - I’ll just wait until I know 100% certain the lights are switched off or shining brightly ( lazer blue ) 🤪 it’s been one hell of a journey and it’s not over just yet - I would wait a little longer before anyone claims they have won or lost - coming up to 5 yrs and we are still going and waiting for that magic moment - best wishes one and all 😀
