Hughez im thinking something must have changed for new auditor to sign up and view the risks differently to Crowe - Obviously AZ and team will have had to divulge certain price sensitive info that can’t be shared with us at this moment in time , at least there’s still interest in syme and it shows with the right news how this can move up in know time at all 🤞🙏

No matter what anyone thinks 128% up in any share is a good day , the news came out of the blue , and whilst I understand all the negativity around syme it does make a refreshing change from constant negative posts which is totally justifiable but so very depressing to have some positive news for once , at this stage its just the appointment of auditors we still need to see revenue being generated in order to hold the rise and stop it retracing but a good day nonetheless 👏🏼👏🏼

Agree - still lots to do and we need to start generating revenue , but we are in a slightly better place than we were yesterday , AGM is June so I’m assuming we are ok until then , and we now know it’s not over just yet as most were predicting , it can all change in an instant , just need some news of revenue generated and we are back on track .

Apparently the fat lady has lost her voice , must be catching it seems some on here are suffering with loss of voice as well 😁

Basically wipeout the last few months of posts they’ve all been wrong and wasted their time 😉

New auditors signed and we are to vote them in at next AGM which is June - all those saying it’s doomed , lights off , no auditors blah blah - best to see how things pan out before writing a company off if you want to avoid looking like a plonker - 😁

The giving out of a unicorn keyring at AGM was a bit of fun for all fellow investors nothing more nothing less , been to a few and got to know most of the people who post on here , all without exception are decent honest hard working people just trying to make a few £s with no hidden agendas - we all want the same thing - syme to succeed and we all have our own opinions and views so for me there’s no need for falling out and disrespecting each other it does help in any way at all 👍

Evening all , not currently invested but been given R8 as a tip - sometimes it’s best to hear what those invested think as sometimes RNSs don’t correlate with what actually happens , I’m familiar with the term dyor which I will - but would like an honest appraisal of where the company is at and what the future prospects are - not interested in ramps or completely negative posts - all companies have pros and cons an honest non agenda driven analysis of both pros and cons would be great 👍

😂 not had any experience with auditors so it’s better to ask for help rather than pretend to know , no one learns by pretending and I’ll be the 1st to admit I don’t know it all 😁

Not sure I fully understand the auditing issue , I assume an auditor will look at the books and flag any issues or allow the company to put out news that reflects their situation at the time of audit , it’s no reflection on the auditors if a company goes bust or to the moon , they may have reservations as to how successful a company may be or become but their remit is solely auditing the accounts - in symes case having not completed too many IMs I would have thought it would be more straight forward than a company who has a mult million pound turnover and 1000s of customers - but good to hear from anyone who does know and are happy to educate me 👍

Is there that much to audit 😁 we are still considered a start up not enough business done to lose the start up tag Albert referred too at AGM , surely they will find an auditor soon

I was aware of both GT and Crowe - but what was it that made them interested in the 1st place 🤔

GT we’re in before poc - they need a sizeable transaction now to attract new auditors.

Just a thought and I don’t know the answer - would it be possible for syme to use tag or nuburu’s auditors ?
