Sound, in my view, is in a precarious position. Without a definitive timeframe of payment and the lack of short term cash, we have been weakened when it comes to negotiations.

IF Sound fails, and that is a big IF, then all the intellectual property like seismic etc reverts to ONHYM. Then then merely need to find another partner with deeper pockets who will have no problem at scaling up.

Some of you chaps really need to wake up. This puts us in an extremely vulnerable position and not one of strength.

In addition, re:- ONHYM, by law, have a stake in this for free. They will never lose!
