I couldn't agree more BBN but my BMN obsession does mean that I have an interest in day to day events too. I doubt if I am the only one!

This may be of no significance whatsoever but did anyone else notice the change in the pattern of sells yesterday?

As with previous days, throughout the morning a series of large round number sells appeared. Each one was 100 k and there were 5 (possibly 6) of them. On previous days that has continued through the afternoon, notably on Monday with numerous 50 k and larger sells, and then after hours a large 500 k sell appears from just after 9 am. However yesterday that pattern changed ! The last 100 k sell appeared at 11.54 am, with no more such sells for the rest of the day. Then it gets more interesting. Sure enough a late reported sell appears for 500 k, but this time timed at 12.02 pm, some 8 minutes after the last 100 k sell of the day! Then nothing!!!

There were 8 more sells after that but clearly small pi sells.

Was that 500 k sell at 12.02 pm the last of our seller (s) shares? I certainly can't say that is the case .... but the facts do make interesting reading. I shall be watching today with interest. If the seller (Wogen?) or sellers have finished could see a bit of positive price action?

All just my opinion.

If I am correct that many of the 50 k and 100 I sells are Wogen then with the 500 k they may have disposed of anther 1 million today. Steady selling since Thursday AM with at least 2 million sold through 4 x 500 k, plus possibly many 100 k and 50 k sells, then yes Wogen could be a long way through their 4 million shares. Tomorrow could be interesting!

One further point on Wogen. They have an exclusive global sales and marketing agreement with Bushveld Vametco (with the exception of Japan and Taiwan) which runs for 5 years from 2017. Given the expansion programme and increasing production and sales, plus the incredible rise in Vanadium prices, it would be commercial madness for Wogen to damage the BMN sp and risk their relationship with BMN by ignoring their agreement for an orderly disposal. This must be a very lucrative contract for Wogen so I would expect them to honour their commitments.

Just my opinion of course, but I believe their sells are likely to balance the desire to recover their investment against the need for stability in the sp.

It is quite possible that there is more than one seller, but the evidence suggests that Wogen could easily be the source of all or most of the significant sells over the last four days and the drip feeding of some of those shares would match a controlled disposal in line with the market volume each day. If it is Wogen exclusively then they will not have many left and the selling should end in the next day or so.

Sometimes the simplest and most obvious explanation is the correct one. Let's hope that is the case here.

I do not subscribe to the idea that these 50 k / 100 k sells are a short. Quite apart from the lack of verbal nonsense that accompanies shorting, there seems to be no intent to push the sp much lower than this point. That suggests that this is a disposal. And the obvious candidate is Wogen who have recently exercised 4 million warrants. They will want to recover that money and a good 100% profit ASAP but in an orderly manner without damaging the sp, which I believe is part of their agreement.

It would seem that they have made regular 500 k sells each day since Thursday, but I also think other round number sells may be attributed to them. If so I would expect the process to complete by Wednesday / Thursday. If I am wrong then the 500 k sells would continue to Monday. Either way there seems to be no desire to trash the sp and that suggests that this is a great buying opportunity for those with the cash.

Clark all the visible trades today are buys except the two at 22.02p. I do regular dummy trades when watching screens.

Alfa you seem to be ruling out any of the round number sells being Wogen other than the am 500k each day. I am not so sure. It could indeed be the case that they are selling additional smaller chunks throughout the day if volume will support it without crashing the price.

Clearly none of us has definitive evidence on this but I wouldn't rule the above out. If I am correct then Wogen would get these shares sold more quickly and I for one would be very happy with that. Time will tell.

Whatever the case the sp has held up quite well so once finished I would expect further upward movement. That coukd be later this week.

I also noted that Fortune stated that they are commissioning the Eskom VRFB. That should remove any doubt.

"The simplification of the organisational structure is work in progress and as we execute on that we will update the market". No doubt in that statement. Not if but "as we execute"

Haha Cactusman. If I am to be run down by a ship in Southampton Water then it may as well be full of Vanadium! However I steer clear of the main channel - I want to live to enjoy the life changing proceeds of my BMN investment.

Headancer these "other opportunities" you refer to. These are companies that can compete with BMN?

We have purchased Vametco mine and plant for knock down price.
Production costs are very low.
Expansion programme increasing output significantly.
Price of vanadium risen dramatically since purchase of plant, and continues to do so.
CEO talks of possible Ebitda for 2018 of $150million (could be higher the way prices are going).
We have other world class assets yet to be fully developed.
Developing electrolyte production and VRFB energy storage business.
A CEO who does what he says.
The company remains seriously undervalued in my opinion.
A cash cow or even cash elephant.

Not sure how many opportunities on AIM exist quite like this!!!!

Remember Vametco is not just planning to make large profits. It already is and we simply await figures to confirm.
