Apart from being a UKOG shareholder (?) what are your professional qualifications and experience that give you authority to speak on this matter.

Therefore Dhc if oil does flow you must believe the sp will rise. Excellent.

In my opinion Mr Vonk will want the oil to flow as much as us and I would be very surprised if he delayed that news. Good for him and us if sp pushed significantly up.

From what I have read in RNSs and from people better versed in the oil industry than myself (eg Alan) there is every chance of oil flowing.

Now for the RNS on 10 Jan 2019

"Any appointments to the board of an AIM company are subject to the satisfactory completion of regulatory due diligence and appropriateness checks by the Company's Nominated Adviser. No such checks have been commenced."

Are these proposed Director appointments even eligible?

"The Board of Directors regrets that this action has been taken at a time when the Company has reached an inflection point and considers the Requisition to be unwelcome and unnecessary. The Board is unanimously of the view that the Resolutions are not in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders as a whole and intends to unanimously recommend that shareholders vote against the Resolutions at any requisitioned general meeting."

So the BoD, who lets face it know far more about the true situation than we do, are UNANIMOUSLY of the view that this is not in our interests and recommend us to vote against. I reckon they must have good reason although that is just my opinion.

And finally:

"Without reservation, the Board of Angus Energy views this General Meeting requisition as unwelcome and unnecessary. The Board strongly believes that the Company has planned a very productive year for the Company. Managing Director Paul Vonk has our full support."

The BoD still gives Mr Vonk their full support.

Enough said. Definitely voting Vonk.

From RNS 06 July 2018

"Angus Energy announces today that, following the recent PDMR disclosures, Jonathan Tidswell-Pretorius has stepped down as the Company's Chairman with immediate effect, in conjunction with which, Mr. Tidswell-Pretorius will no longer serve as a Director of the Company."

"Per the Company RNS of 3 July 18, the Board will continue its investigation into the potential violation of any relevant regulations in addition to the Company's Share Dealing Code which was not complied with in this case. Pending the results of this investigation, if completely exonerated, Angus Energy will consider re-appointing Mr.Tidswell-Pretorius to the Board as an Executive Director. The Company will update the market in due course."

So some important points that I am not prepared to ignore as a result of the America2030 issue: Mr Tidswell stepped down as Chairman and left the BoD. If exonerated he would be considered for Non Exec Director but as far as I am aware this has not happened, so I must assume that so far he has not been exonerated yet from both violation of regulations and company share dealing code. Quite possible that results of investigation still not available unless I have missed something. Happy to be corrected and be pointed to a source that clarifies the current situation.

For me it is simply not appropriate for a person in this situation to be staging this attempt to take control of the BoD whilst this issue remains unresolved.

If this situation is as I understand it then I have no choice but to vote for Mr Vonk, and I note that in the BoD announced their confidence in Mr Vonk.

Tidswell had his chance. The shares issue does not appear to have been resolved, at least from anything I have read. Not the person I would want in charge of a listed company. Just my opinion of course.

Definitely voting for Vonk. No viable alternative. Certainly not a bunch of rich toffs from the city.

Thank you, Alan. Once again a clear and concise explanation about a process that most of us do not have a full inderstaning of. Much appreciated.

So going exactly as a professional from the industry would expect. Good enough for me. Just requires patience.

Interesting that since 26 September BMN has issued only one RNS relating specifically to the Vametco side of the business, and that was the Q4 update. I will be honest and say the one thing I disagree with is this apparent pattern of using only quarterly updates for news flow.

However the share price has held up remarkably well, all things considered. On 26 September 2018 it closed at 31.00p and currently sits at 40.50p, an increase over the period of over 30% in spite of the limited supply of news through RNSs. If Alfa's magnificent efforts have accurately exposed mm games then even more impressive.

I can't help feeling we are poised for the next significant lift. Be interesting to see which of the many possibilities turns out to be the catalyst.

The oil will flow. I have no doubt about that. No wonder a group of city toffs appear to be making a power and money grab for my investment. Surely they know what it is worth or they wouldn't bother.

I don't want my investment falling into these folks hands.

Was the timing of that apparent Bed and ISA coincidence or a master stroke by the mms. I am sure everyone will have their own opinion.

Whatever the truth the appearance of what at first sight looked like two significant sells at around the Bid stopped the flow of buys dead.

Alfa looks like the two trades at 08.30 and 08.31 are a Bed and ISA pair.

49,386 @ 40.50p and 49,307 @ 40.56p

Both right on £20,000 ISA limit and first trade slightly more shares at slightly lower price.

Timing is a bit misleading as it looked at first like a normal sell at very low price, but clearly not.

Worth remembering that Fortune is simply doing what he said was his plan - creating a large low cost fully integrated vanadium play.

This is that rare commodity on AIM - a CEO actually delivering on his plans and making a lot of money for the shareholders.
