Lazarus, appreciate your reply, thanks and yes I'm aware of PH's numerous credentials - I only ask that the BoD and/or PH just give some indication to the role they are tasked with for SAR.
I seem to recall elcap contacting James Steel and still await update of a vague response from him to elcap.
Not sure why my original post has disappeared, perhaps I touching a nerve LOL.
Anyway, the bb appears to had a busy day and all opinions to consider, which would be made a lot easier if SAR said something regarding PH.

Lazurus, I'm not handwringing just saying we have engaged PH with no real explanation from the BoD as to the ROLE they will play - in the meantime, what's the other broker doing besides "watching and taking a fee".
I don't need to get embroiled with different views of others, merely stating my own opinion, after all that's the purpose of the bb - I'm still here and still hold, which would suggest I'm not negative or moaning, just stating something I'm unclear on.
Obviously, if you or anybody else can explain the role of PH in factual detail, in lieu of the BoD's absence, then I may have no reason to post an opinion as no doubt it will all be clear!

..for the abusive and negative response chaps, seem to recall I invested in Sareum and look forward to their response which will have a more reasoned consideration towards my investment in them, not negative on science just some questions on financials going forward.

Jonshare you make a valid point, perhaps it’s time the BoD put out a reasoning of events of the last 6 months including a detailed resume of PH’s role and why the need to consolidate.
I admit I said get on with it, but, in hindsight I’ve concluded over the weekend all the “action” since PH have come on board has come with no real substantial dialogue from BoD of why and future intentions - so Tim, John and Stephen let’s hear it please, what’s the game plan, we need updates from you and you need shareholder support, simply cards on the table all round Guys.
Still believe in the science but not sure of the financial strategy or lack of clarity of it’s route!

As an aside, I’m not sure the Mrs’s in the Mitchell and Reader household are best pleases either - they’ve seen £5m wiped off their hubby’s joint shareholding’s in the last 6 months - perhaps there is a plan!

SOG, acknowledge your comments and those of others, albeit, Kovno not sure I can agree that Potnak is the only person talking sense - there are many others that post informative messages.
SOG, I fully concur with the sentiments of your post and hence the reason I still hold - my concern as you also allude to is PH and the lack of any PR and/or direction. Now whether that's James Steel's role or our own board I'm not sure, but, a simple statement by either to say the engagement of PH is to assist in SAR in reaching the next level of their development would give a positive vibe to all - would adequately advise without disclosing any information that thing's are progressing, rather than the current doldrum experience of tox priced in, are they good, takeover, sp this blah blah.
Had my say, not negative, not moaning just MENTIONING that SAR could just sell a better picture to the market and that becomes a headline story to all not just us shareholders.

Salfordred totally agree with your sentiments, but, for me a bad day at the office - we have many great and informative bb posters and who knows what the future holds, but as a company the BoD today have overseen a shambolic RNS- I smile at all the dismissive comments of it’s an admin error and not their doing - be careful, let’s hope any zero’s in any calculation of company monies are in the right place and not subject to a whimsical correction.
I still hold and believe, just get anxious at the lack of sharpness in presenting the company, as previously stated I’ve meet all the BoD at an AGM and would say the above direct to them.

Disagree - it's a RNS issued to the market on behalf of Sareum, lets not spend a day on the board discussing Admin ffs - it's happened, lets hope the BoD LEARN FROM THE ERROR of the people they engage!!

Couldn't agree more, beggars belief that such lack of attention to detail is not picked up before issuing - who knows they may have received an offer of £4 per share for the Company and probably dismissed it because someone read it as 4p.
First time I've got frustrated with BoD and rant over, but come on Tim, John and Stephen lets up the "BUSINESS" acumen - pretty please!!

Some frustrated comments ( myself included) quite rightly of late but surely Sierra’s current news is of relevance to SAR - I don’t expect news “tomorrow” but after the slide since PH came onboard (still with no positive agenda) I feel we’re hopefully are getting there.
At my age I’m not seeking the ambitious sp target. of some but do believe we have a chance of some success given the options TM & JR have discovered/created with SAR.
Hopefully a glass full one day this year with many to celebrate such!
