I dont see a price for the acquisition... and more importantly do we know how we intend to fund this?

Markets work by selling high and buying low - Directors and Chairmen/women are no different to the rest of us... why do we assume that selling at 29p was sign of impending disaster and not just shrewd trading over the longer term... personally unless the cash pile is disappearing into a black hole I'm going to stick with my investment ....

Can someone help me understand why the share price drops when an RNS announces the transaction in OWN shares to be then cancelled... surely that means there are less shares and the value is the same so the share price has to rise... i thought i was quite smart but this anomaly confuses me...

Latest report says Artemis Resources samples exceed 10,000 g/t gold at Titan. This is 352 ounces per ton... or $880000 per ton...am i missing something for a company with Market Cap of c. 14M and a share price of 0.8 p....

I've checked on a number of sites and 3g/t on tailings is pretty good... this was from Xinhai Mineral Processiong EPC

"The level of mineral processing technology and equipment is not high in the early stage, and a large number of gold-bearing tailings with a grade of more than 0.3g/t have been produced. The gold grade in some piled tailings have reached more than 0.5g/t, and the potential of gold recovery from gold tailings reprocessing is great."

Something along the lines of they are in exploration mode not production and that the samples are never significant enough to show as a gold bar etc.. i had asked about gold fines as well and he seemed to suggest they could share photos of the consolidate etc - I'm assuming they mean the gold rich sand that potentially generates the 2g/ton from the tailings etrc.

They did allow live questions as i asked one about the fact that we hear of the sampling but never see any gold, not even fines and he answered it to a degree ...

Even as a reasonably large LTH I tend to agree , the 3 year chart doesn't look good

Bit of a SP drop maybe 14 weeks is another reality :-(
