Ophidian, there was a new tender added a couple of weeks ago for Vametco Alloys with the title
Precipitation recovery in the Barren Dam

Would there be anything that could be improved in this area as part of the work to improve output from Vametco?

I can only find the following reference to a 'Barren solution' on page 30 of the site visit presentation from this year http://www.bushveldminerals.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/Site-Visit-Presentation_29032019.pdf

The Vanadium depleted solution called the Barren Solution is pumped to the Sulphate Recovery Plant
(SRP).

And as a little aside I found this project

I know I go on about the Vanadium Electrolyte Production Facility project being updated on l2b, well it hasn't but the Infrastructure one for the production facility has been updated today, maybe they can start progressing that although I still can't see the details but ties in with madasahat earlier.

More interestingly is the following which is from 2020 onwards that I noticed has been added today

The last bit of the video for Zest WEG Group has Zest WEG Electric as part of it and has this on the website. I wonder if they will be involved in some way moving forward;

With regards to the debt facility realistically speaking how long do you think it will be before it has to be sorted to complete on the 31st October. Could it go all the way to 31st Oct or would there be some reason it would need completing in the next couple of weeks to allow everything else to be lined up?

Bushveld Minerals Limited (AIM:BMN), the AIM listed, integrated primary vanadium producer, with ownership of high grade vanadium assets, is pleased to announce that on 28 August 2019, it received approval from the Competition Commission of South Africa to acquire the Vanchem assets, without conditions.



On 1 May 2019, Bushveld announced a conditional agreement to acquire the primary vanadium processing assets of Vanchem Vanadium plant, the ferrovanadium production business of SAJV as a going concern, and a 100 per cent of the outstanding shares of Ivanti Resources (Pty) Limited, a subsidiary of Duferco Participations Holding S.A, (collectively "Vanchem").



The transaction remains on track to be completed on 31 October 2019 and we expect the outstanding conditions precedent, being the cession of specific commercial agreements and South African Reserve Bank approval, to be satisfied.

The Company is progressing the negotiations with local banks for a debt facility to supplement existing cash resources. Further updates and progress on the satisfaction of the remaining conditions precedent and the approval of the debt facility will be provided as appropriate.

Just my opinion. Talk to my mum if you want to take it further, she'll enjoy a good chat :)

I tried to keep mine fairly neutral Alfa. I do know how bad it can get though after arguing for hours and nearly coming to blows with a cantankerous 77 year old. I had to tell my mum to calm down in the end :)

The whole three year process has been embarrassing and inept and made a laughing stock of the UK, I think no matter how it plays out in the end it's going to leave this country very divided.

Pretty incredible that 2012 data is used to justify nuclear as an option.
