Then its over til the £265k raise in June (or 66m shares if you like) followed by the 200k raise which would give another 50 m shares.

Quite a few. They took £893k's worth already this week waiting to conert at .25p. Good for the cash balance but the dilution at .25p whilst the shares are at .7ish has to have an effect eventually I'd of thought?

LB they've bought already and don't have to buy anything else. All they have to do is convert the £893,231 already subscribed for and paid to the Company already which convert into shares at .25p.

I only meant the bondholders. They're holding another £800k+ and can short then convert and seem happy with .4p as the 40m trade showed.
Think the co's ok and will do will just the lender seems a bit opportunistic imo.

Of course they will just as flippers in placings are net flat once they are issued the shares to replace those they've sold already.

Doesn't count for financial instrumetnts. thats made clear in the RNS- so they can shortsell as many as they wish and be net flat when they get issued the replacments from WDC.

Looks like the lenders happy to take .4 on the bonds. Is there any reason to believe they won't shortsell the £800k 's worth next?

I think its great news and don't get this "on the cheap." sounds like a two year sweetener contract to get them addicted to the platform.
