NORMALLY A PENALTY IS FOR HAVING DONE SOMETHING WRONG OR LATE AND AS THERES ABSOLUTELY STUFF ALL ABOUT PENALTY PAYMENTS IN THE PROSPECTUS EVEN THOUGH POSTERS HERE WERE WRONGLY CLAIMING THERE WAS THOUGHT ID ASK MY PEERS WHO SADLY WERE CLUELESS AND RUDE.

I get that WDC aren't paying a penalty mrjango its more that if WDC hadn't charged the Lender this penalty there would have been 69 million less shares issued today which is more than half the total?

No way was it in investors interests that the lender was given these extra shares cheap just to flip so wondering why do it is all?
If this carries on there'll be a lot more than £2.7 millions worth of shares issued surely?

Really though with the cash they have in the bank, wdc as a very topical little subsidiary and most important the main market listing to reverse more companies into things should get interesting again once the dampener of this lender is out the way imo.

The market isn't encouraging anything. This stock has an european lender who is taking advantage of the interest in the stem cell sector to make big gais converting bonds to shares thats all.

Do think its a good thing they're not being converted at vwap that always leads to deathspiral finance. This way investors know where they are from the start.

Can see why you're confused LB28 but its only the bonds that haven't been converted at the end of the contract that are mandatorily converted into shares at the vwap .
All else is at .025p check the historical RN's on this and see if you can find anything not drawn down at a quarter pence whatever the sp?

Take no notice of align. The initial agreement is very clear. All the shares issued since last year have been at a quarter pence and so it will remain as per their contract.
