I am on a umber of boards and what is clear is that each and every board has one or two ‘kevers’. They stubbornly and fiercely defend the BOD because of some kind of weird fascination with them. They quickly attack anyone who asks a question and makes an observation. They do this for years and even when the company is on its knee they continue to defend to their last breath.

I read posts and make my own observations about these individuals. Few about kever -

1- sad and lonely individual who has been whooped by his missus for 30 years. Personally this is something I could never do. Work with my wife for 30 years no matter how much money I paid. You would become stale dry and lose am dignity. That would be translated in picking fights in these boards just to regain some power.

Makes perfect sense. Running your own business your own way with nobody saying anything opposite for 30 years.

Quite incredible kever. Clearly you have never worked with people or in any organisation. Can you imagine a company with a complete incompetent staff member or manager or company director. Each year they fail and do not achieve any success and when discussed the response by shareholder or senior directors is ‘who else can we find let’s keep him on’.

Kever - with all due respect can you not understand people’s frustrations here? They have invested based on good research and faith in what JA was saying. Here they are a few years down the road with little progress except ‘more talk’ and the so plummeting to its knees. There is no point in selling up as shares are worthless.
