'We are looking forward to a prompt conclusion of the entire tender process. And how many times have we heard LC be a little, just a smidge mind you, over, or well ******* I n g over exaggerating or confident of his words, when he says prompt or imminent or expedited, well you can take that with a pinch of salt, and maybe some pepper, chilli, basil and any other spice or herb you want, I don’t think we will be getting any positive news this year, the sepco buy in (in my own warped opinion) won’t happen this year, it will happen but just not yet, I think we need to give this phase at least another 6 months and another placing before things start to move, and this is just how I see it panning out, it’s just my thought process like some, think the SML could come today, yesterday last week last month next month next week, and are positive, I am just being realistic. I have 100% faith in Kibo being a success but this is a long, very long term hold, even from here which I am fine about now
I thought there was a slight not as positive vibe to sonics post, not that it matters, I only thought he said he sold a few, not all or most, again not that it matters one jot what people do or not, it’s your money, I have admitted selling a bit and will wait for real news now, proper news to cement the fact that this project will happen, sepco buy in does not do that for me.
No worries Dave, sometimes with your investments over the years you wish it was just as easy as picking red or black. Or backing the grand national winner at 100/1 or the one who trots in last place, even calling heads or tails on the flip of a coin.
Please find me a post where I have said this is a gamble, it’s not horse racing, I have always said and still say it is very high risk and that I stand by until such time the risk is reduced where we have a PPA, SML and FC and have the means and funds to build the plant, then it is derisked
We all see things differently which is what makes a BB a great place to be, I hope I am wrong, of course I do I have plenty in here, more so in my sipp but things just don’t seem right, and have not for a while, it’s always a running joke about what hoop or delay, obstruction or whatever we call it the government will come up with next, but it happens on a far too regular basis now for it to be a running joke, it’s not funny anymore and the other projects are miles behind and will need money and a lot of work, still with no licenses either or funding, I see this saga dragging on, I don’t see any immediate news that will get us out of this continual decline of the SP, I just have a feeling the sepco buy in date will come and pass also
Well that’s probably how it has gone, and if that’s not how it’s gone it made me laugh on an otherwise boring day at work. I did say the sp don’t lie and to be honest even now without the main attraction the other 2 projects still have a shed load of work to do and more money will be needed they are years away, we are overpriced and I see further falls coming, I don’t think sepco will be buying a slice of Kibo by month end, and when that gets RNS’d then expect the sp to tumble more, if on the other hand we hear news next week that all of a sudden Kibo has won the tender and the sp flies, well then you would have to ask yourself how dodgy does that look, I think that kind of thing happened at AST a little back, news to say they are not getting permits and might fold the company, sp crashed, a few days later permits will be issued in 2 weeks and sp multi bagged, it is after all the wonderful world of AIM.
Well seeing as there is only a handful of posters on any given bb and we have nearly 700 million shares, I honestly personally do not think that a few negatives can crash a sp, it’s the constant delays and the feeling of so many more that things are not quite as rosy as we have been constantly made to believe and the constant ramping of the ceo with the imminent and expedited kind of words and phrasing and the shit show of the Tanzania government that has caused this, the MM’s may well read the boards but I don’t think they go oh look here is 4 negative comments let’s drop the sp by 20%, they do it because it’s the sentiment of traders and investors selling and not seeing at this moment in time any value in the company, that’s just my opinion which is based mainly on common sense and seeing what’s in front of me, I hold and believe we will come to fruition but I do not have the faith in the MCPP, I don’t think it will happen, or at least it will in a few more years when they have a government in place that wants it to happen, I feel our other plays will happen before but even they are a long way off.
I have just looked in for a brief second as I am away in the Canary Islands but I see about sp manipulation on a bb, which is *******s, we can not shift it one Or the other based on styff posted on a bb I mean come on, are you really that gullible
Hammered today on nothing it does seem the market really has no time for LC, or at least just at this moment in time, to be honest they should in hindsight of listed at about a penny, way over priced at the time, and still nothing has happened, I see that going to 0.5 maybe lower and it would then be worth a cheeky punt, at what price will the next raise be at though.
The submission and opening of the documents took place in front of other bidders with Edenville's documents officially accepted as complete and complying with Tanesco's requirements. From EDL today, so all offers opened, now the very very (IMO) long wait while they go through all of them, which would included I suspect mountains of paperwork from each one to see how it’s all going to happen they will go through each tenders paper with a fine toothpick and that could take months, and I feel only after they have gone through them all will they then award to whoever next year is my guess
That’s if they don’t come back next week and say it has to be re submitted as it’s in the wrong format, I mean if EDL were told on Friday that theirs is good and excepted then I wouldn’t expect kibos to be any different
Looking at the EDL RNS, it comes across as a bit more positive, saying that all bids were opened in front of all the bidders on Friday, and that they were officially excepted, but do say have no timeline of anything. Kept it short and sweet and to the point. Let’s see if they drop 12% like we did
To be honest, if just saying for arguments sake, we are the only tender and on Monday it is then publicly noted we are the only one, they still have a timeline in place which could last well into next year, there is the PPA negotiations to get through and then FC and funding, this has got so many more months to run, I wouldn’t be surprised to still be this stage next summer, I mean I didn’t expect to be at this stage this summer, and there is always something to delay things, I mean the one about kibo submitting being in the wrong format, Jesus come on how bloody pathetic, but it’s kust one of a long list of pathetic excuses for delays one after the other
