Oh well, kind of sums it up really, is kibo actually even recognised in Tanzania, they say they can’t supply but here is a company that has been telling the world or at least the world except maybe Tanzania that they can build a power plant and ramp up to 1000Mw and here we have Tanesco saying that they can’t get supply in October 2019, makes you wonder what the ******* is really going on, and that other article says they are to open a forum by December this year or maybe July 2919 because after 5 years not many people are aware of OBOR, is this some sort of comedy sketch, I can see this Tanzanian thing going on for years yet, come on let’s get the other projects moving instead, unless I am missing something.
Yes although so many news articles and press about how things are going, it’s all just talk, and we know how cheap that is. I am very hopeful that the MCPP will happen but for me now the last few years have been an eye opener about Tanzania, for me I have well and truely put that project on the back burner, it seems things are moving quicker in Botswana and Mozambique and like some have already suggested I feel we may end up steaming ahead with those projects, which should be good enough to not have a crash in the sp should the MCPP stall and stall some more. And if it does come good then it’s a bonus now for me but not the be all and end all.
It is a big shame Laguna, it’s such a shame that we have the report button, it’s a shame we don’t have freedom of speech and it’s such a shame that people can not just live and let live, shame on LSE and more shame to the pathetic fools that keep pressing that pathetic report button
And that may well be a good thing, will show the world that there are plenty of opportunities in Africa but doors are shut and business is closed in Tanzania so don’t waste tears of your time and loads of money and hoop jumping, anyway, let’s see time will tell and that what it’s all been so far is time and a bloody lot of it.
Well my timeline is fast approaching and to be honest like like it will be smashed out if the water, once again, oh well I am not surprised as it has happened so many times, 13 days until my kids restart school and end of summer hols, I am now moving my next timeline to jan 2019, let’s see if that is met or not
I won’t bother with that other site, it is utter tosh and drivel, it’s like a ***** fest there, I had a look and as a non member and you can read posts but you just see some posts from different threads and it’s alwys the same ones being repeated and so so many just being copied and pasted from here to there, not a place to get info, unless it’s just because I am not a member I only got to see the rubbish and same posts, spooks, aimchimp seem to just post the same posts, why don’t Yaki just create a new account, we know there have been in the past and maybe currently posters who have multiple aliases, does make you wonder what sad individuals we have to report posts, get a life
I do like reading your posts, very much a feet firmly on the ground and not living in a bubble, I have spread my risk a bit and the other 2 I am now in also say the same while waiting for news that is very very important and can effect the SP massively and that is its WHEN mot IF, get a bit fed up hearing it and when did LC first say that, was it to the people who went to last years investor meeting, well it is like my other 2 an if not when, and if we get it then we will double bag at least and that’s the risk reward I take.
One issue, how much are they getting for said coal, this is something I fear we will not get from Kibo, Monterey values, it’s wall all be numbers and no real figures as they will be too sensitive, this is one of my fears when all is said and done but I am very hopeful (well, have to be don’t we) that we will get the right figures with out the jargon.
I will add, how I see this going in the long term, well even longer now than I have already wanted but in say 5 years then we may have a sp of that in the 40-50p range, depends though at that point how many shares we have and i see us going into the billions so everything’s all dependent, 2 billion shares at 50p is a billion dollar company mmm, maybe not.
Well if we could hit 10p on the SML and PPA, providing the figures are very encouraging then I will be happy with that, but this sp is going to be going up and down like a *****s draws, we will spike and then drop is my guess as we are still years from production and revenue and all I see for the next couple of years is LC constantly accumulating which will require cash burn, this will be, when the time comes a traders paradise
Thanks for the advice, and I agree, AIM is a cesspit of a place to invest, you normally lose, but you can also win, this is my biggest holding, I have had ups and downs over the last 13 years, had some good ones and bad ones, made good money and lost good money, but as I am a normal joe, lower class worker and have to get up to go out to earn a crust and pay the bills that leaves me unable to trade all day long, so I invest, and hold until I get what I want (or not) and then take the money and do it all over again.
You only have to ask yourself what you want out if Kibo, what is your goal, why is you percentages like, do you want 100% of a £100 investment or do you want 100% of a £25k investment, do you see this doing 100% from here, did you expect 100% from 10p? Ask yourself and you will find the answers.
Yes I love the last sentence. We are very pleased with the progress over the past weeks and specifically encouraged by the latest media statements, indicating clear support for Independent Power Producers ('IPP') from the Ministry of Energy and also a distinct sense of urgency to get existing IPP's like the MCPP implemented." Urgency. Is that what this has been, all these years down the line, f@@ck I would hate to see what non urgency is then ha ha, and it’s all from press speculation, nothing solid or concrete, come in Tanzy, I bet the next RNS is some other hoop jumping fluff.
No no, they are different beasts, just wondering when EDL did finally have all the necessary bits and pieces and after all the hoop jumping, and what seems to be more and more requests etc etc, how long it took to issue them with a licence. As far as I am concerned when this, what seems like to be a massive hurdle is overcome then unless there is more and more to his that we don’t know it more surprises then FC could potentially happen quite quickly, I do have a feeling that backers for this are already hand picked and ready and waiting forming and orderly que with cheque books at the ready, with no more (or at least I hope not) government interference or hoop jumping. If LC does not have the backers he needs to raise the funds he needs then it could end up being another long process
