Rob, yes you are spot on the big AP was playing a good game taking over as the new CEO, giving it it the big one about always trying to avoid placings and share dilutions, well what a crock of shite that had turned out to be, I am in here still having bought back then and then subsequently selling after he done exactly what he said he would not, I left it a very long long time and then come back in at 0.39 thinking it has gone as low as it can and we must surely now have a move upward and then he does it again, give him his due he is consistent at least at doing what he said he won’t do.
This has turned out to be a right shambles, looks like AP is just another typical chancer, although I hold and will do as no point selling I must say AP has just carried on from where RP finished off, looks like a very long road ahead. Shame as I must admit I fell for AP and his bull in his first interviews when he took over, thought he did talk a good game but that game has gone very sour indeed. I feel a few more days of falls before we settle.
I do get a bit confused on most days, which isn’t hard really to confuse me ha ha, but I only flick through here now and then but I do wonder what the hell is being talked about as sometimes it doesn’t make no sense because so many posts do get removed, shame really.
Let’s see what today brings us.
Now they have the permit, they can ramp up to full production, that’s what I liked about this and it will happen in January, I had to wait after the permit RNS for the spike to drop back but got some at 0.95, very relaxed with this and see how it plays out, a AIM company producing and making money and at that price was well worth the risk/reward ratio for me, I can see this like many others having a pretty good 2019, looking forward to The interims, 6 months of production of gold should make pretty good reading.
Merry crimbo Womble and a healthy and prosperous new year to you and all yours and everyone in here and to the ones not on the bb here but also invested in little old Kibo and all other shares that maybe not performing as they imagined they would in 2018.
Mike is that this Christmas the Kibo present to you. I had the same thought a few years ago about it being this Christmas because by all accounts the MCPP should of been done and dusted next month and churning out power and getting payments, well 3 years to build so at best maybe 2021 will be a good xmas. Having said that regardless of any of my shares and investments every Christmas is a good one to me, and I cherish them all with family and kids, more important than cash, although cash helps buy better presents ha ha ha.
That when I invested and the reason why I invested initially was because in about 4 weeks time the MCPP should of been built and supplying power, just goes to show you can do all the research in the world with what you have and it still goes to pot. I must admit now looking back, I think LC was very very over optimistic with Tanzania being a well experienced man there, yes there has been issues out of his control but I think he really did sell a good story, he of all should of been a bit more cautious knowing how hard it is to do business there. I think if the MCPP is up and running in 5 years from now would be pretty special going.
Seems to have bounced back a bit, but it is on continuing downwards trend, so I expect it to continue, might get a reprieve for Xmas but the new year I see my poor pension pot getting smaller and smaller ha ha ha, lucky it was not worth much to me in the first instance, I think the last statement I got said I would get about £90 a month so no big real loss but if LC can turn this around over the next 5 or so years and actually deliver what he said he is going to deliver then it could potentially be a nice little pot, who knows we might end up changing to an O&G company by then.
Sleepy, I have no doubt we will be dancing, soon, I am not too sure about, the champs is on ice, I have plenty of time and I see my sipp looking quite good in about 8 years and onwards, any of our projects are years and years away, even from now the MCPP is at least 36 months in construction let alone turning a profit, there is no uplift in the short term sp, spikes and drops
Mmm, sounds familiar, I think I have read something very similar before on more than one occasion, especially the upbeat wording, things being ahead of schedule, full stakeholders support, and then look what happens, I think I will hold off on my enthusiasm until it’s a bit more concrete, until all studies are completed and agreed by government and a PPA is agreed and a ML has need awarded, and everything else that goes with it which is still a very long way off, nevertheless it’s something positive I suppose.
