You know something. A lot of us have been in this share for years and have grown ever increasingly tired of some of the rants that take place on this board. Then along comes Burble like a breath of fresh air with hands on experience and a sound knowledge base in the oncology area and all some can do is get in his face to try and discredit him. Personally I would like to thank him for his contribution as I did Berm a couple of weeks ago. We all know there are about four on here who know what they are talking about and have the humility to engage courteously with other posters. Burble I realise that you have better things to do than get into arguments on here but please continue to post your thoughts because, as ever, it is the silent majority who appreciate your efforts.
Big week here for AS next week. He promised by the end of the summer and if he doesn't deliver there will be some very awkward questions after the presentation on the 28th. Personally I think all will be sorted next week and we can all sit back and watch the rise.
Welcome Ruck. Glad to see a sclper on here. Alot more grown up on this board.A war of attrition is about to start with this sp in an attempt to get PI s to sell but I am holding and adding.
Berm. I would like to thank you for continuing to post on here despite the antics of some of the children. I have read your posts with interest for the past few years and you are one of the few with true credibility. Looks like Burble is of the same ilk. Please continue as there are a lot of shareholders who read this board who do not contribute because of the childish arguments that continually drag the board down.
I see all the boiler room bunnies are out tonight.
Thank you for that Andy. Very helpful unlike some other people unfortunately.
Thanks GTFC - exactly why I posted my thoughts. Can you provide a link to the 700k number please. I know that 700k and 700m have been mentioned on the board but it never seemed to have been resolved. That is why I stated that I had not checked the figure. Also can you confirm when the fully diluted figure of 182,373,240 shares will come to fruition. Thanks in advance.
Hi Guys. Congratulations to all holders here but I just wanted to run what I think the future looks like to the BB. So TILS want to list in London and we are told the m/c to do that needs to be £700m ( I have not checked this). So with 166m shares in issue the minimum SP to list has to be 700m divided by 166m = £4.21 per share. This value has to be achieved whilst moving Stemprinter to Accustem which will also have 160m shares. We are told the initial value of the new company will be around £200m. So the value of each share in that company will initially be valued at 200m divided by 166m = £1.20. But we all know that Stemprinter could actually be valued between £200m and £2 billion. So if the upper value was reached the Accustem shares could actually be valued at £2 billion divided by 160m = £12.50 per share. So the situation we have is that the company will be split and PI's are of the opinion that alot will sell their TILS shares when this happens. But this will be at a time when the BOD need to continue to drive the SP upwards towards the £4.21 target. How are they going to do this? The only way in my mind is to keep issuing major positive announcements especially around the split off period. So my view is that it would be very prudent to plan to sit tight with this share and the new Accustem share as both are very likely to motor past the minimum targets which I have highlighted above. I have been investing in AIM shares for many years now - like most people I have had big winners and big losers. But just occasionally a share comes along where you follow it and it just keeps going and going and you wish that you had bought in at the lows and stuck with it until it played out fully. This for me is such a share. I understand why some people trade to make a few quid every week but sometimes a once in a lifetime opportunity comes along. Well here we are! all IMHO of course and good luck everybody - let's hope this all plays out as we hope.
Hi C7. Don't post much in here nowadays - reading some of what has been going on again in here today you will understand why! I raised an eyebrow when I saw the sells in OXB and thought the same as you. I am fearful that some of the accumulative larger sells over the last few days here is also Mr Diggle selling down to accumulate even more cash to take part in a raising which of course would mean yet another dilution? Of course I hope I am wrong but the apparent inability to close any deals by the BOD only leaves one option open really.
.......drop explained by that 50,000,000 sell just after 10-00am this morning!!!
Interesting thought posted on Twitter -
'People who were desperate for ‘Amazon’ don’t realise that they absolutely shaft their distributors on the commercial agreements. They take a substantial share of anything that is marketed through their website. '
Seems this might be a fantastic distribution deal after all. To all those selling it will be interesting to see the declared buys at the end of the day where the money guys have hoovered up all the sells this morning.
For those asking about how high this can go we need to consider how we are going to get the country back to work. We can't have people spreading the disease so the government are going to have to put some more rules in place to allow a timely return to work. How about emergency legislation putting the onus on employers to test their workers prior to allowing them back thus ensuring a virus free workforce. Just imagine if that test was Avacta's which I am more convinced than ever that it will be. The numbers are eye watering and how often are the tests going to have to be done - daily, weekly - who knows. Have a good weekend everyone - this has alot further to go in my opinion.
I think they have been at Swillington for a few years now. I seem to think they may have moved from York but am not 100 percent sure. Fingers crossed here!!!
Hi Stu. Swillington currently produces SurgiPure® XD for export to the US, and also OrthoPure™ XT in preparation for the European launch. So not just the HQ. I am a shareholder here but this rise has come from nowhere. Seen it all before prior to placings. Not saying that will happen here just urging caution.
Good advice. Couple that with the fact that Swillington site is closed it is wise to be cautious.
