I think DLG BOD has certainly lost credibility, and demonstrated a lack of risk management/mitigation planning. I hold AV also which would appear at the moment to have demonstrated the polar opposite. I am undecided about the possible aquisition though, and as far as I can tell its just rumor.
I imagine that the inital fund transfer is already priced into the SP now. While reassuring, I don't thimk the RNS confirming the transfer has taken place should impact the SP.
Once the whole deal has been completed without issue, and all funds are available, I think that could move the SP upwards again.
For now if it hovers in the .42p-.44p range I will be happy to wait a short while before the next upward move.
I would hope that move would take KOD somewhere near .5p, if not a little over.
Put my money where my mouth is, hope I have this right.
Just added 2643454 shares at .4308p
My holding is now 6801174 shares, most of which are in ISAs.
Thats me done, as it has now met my taste for risk, although I do obviously have high hopes.
Only time will tell.
I think it will bounce around a little, but 0.38p as a ballpark is probably about right, .48p might get hit but I think its a little optimistic at the moment.
Personally I wouldn't buy on what it might be worth in a few days, I'm more interested in what it may be worth in a few years.
That's one point of view, not one I share, but you are certainly entitled to it.
I would question why on earth you bother posting it. It won't change any information investors should already be aware of, and each investor will have their own view on what that information means.
Since I tend towards aquireing stock I view with the potential for profit, with the aim of long term income, the SP means little to me in my day to day finances. I am still in the process of building a position in KOD, so I actually hope you are right and it retraces to .28p, but unfortunately for me I doubt it will see much below .36p.
The question is, when buying stock in what you view as a potentially profitable business, would you rather pay £1 or a penny.
If as I suspect people post on these boards thinking they will influence the share price of a company with nearly 17 billion shares in circulation, they are at best delusional. But I wish them well with their efforts, everyone needs a hobby.
As for 10p.
I can't say it will not be 10p at some point in the future, 10years, 30 years who knows. What I can say is I cannot see any path to 10p from where KOD are now.
There has been a lot of enthusiasm on here today, and I share that upto a point, but its still just potential upto the point of sale of KOD, or I see accounts of profits being made.
There are milestones being made, and it has the potential to begin making profits far sooner than I expected, and I see no reason why things shouldn't progress well from here. I am confident enough to continue adding to my holding, but as someone has already said until the funds from the recent RNS are actually within the control of KOD its still just potential.
I agree with some who have suggested we could see 0.5p sometime in the next 12 months, possibly more, but I'm here for the production profits not a quick buck, but as I said its just potential atm.

Reading between the lines I suspect the increased investment may be a strategy to deal with any potential windfall tax. IMHO this is good as taxes taken are just cash gone from the company, cash invested in new and existing developments is more profit down the road.
