Maybe quite simply we were assessed not to be the best operator for the Tilapa licence. It was stupid to have even attempted it but if we can get an oilfield there like AC has mooted then why not?

As for Benin we should have inserted a clause that after the exclusive period of negotiation we need a yes or no answer.
