I think that the Czech government has long wanted to see a large scale integrated BEV production facility from mining to final assembly within the Czech Republic. There has been the failed negotiation with VW group in 2022 with several smaller discussions taking place now. I dont see that we will have an offtake agreement until the integrated production objective is either agreed or abandoned, because a gigafactory on Czech soil would probably demand most of the initial mine and processing output and smaller offtakes could interfere with that objective.

OK Bob, Blonde, I can understand your frustration and apologise for criticising it. I also have been invested in this share since it launched on AIM ten years ago but I have never realistically expected that investing in an early start miner would lead to a good return in less than ten years. I am quite content to allow things to play out in the way that they are. I accept the risk and hope for the reward.

Not strictly true Bannor. The two companies share a common history going back many years. REM (renamed Cadence) was an early cornerstone investor in EMH and that shareholding continued until quite recently. Kiran was, and still is, a director of both companies. My early shareholding in EMH came about because of this relationship and I think a number of other REM shareholders followed this path and still hold both shares.

@Bannor. I know that your message of 14:40 was prefaced 'mostly assumptions' but do you have any evidence at all that EMH is no longer managing the project or is it just speculation?

I think restricting the DFS to lithium only is deliberate because the funding/grants will be for Lithium mining only and there could be bureaucratic difficulties if other credits were included.

What is down 5% today? If you are referring to the EMH share price, Bid and Ask have been unchanged all week. LSE are showing a fall of 8.33% because of a small uncrossing trade much higher than the bid at the end of the day yesterday.

I think the answer could lie in the use of the term 'sophisticated investor'. It could refer to someone who has no beneficial interest in the shares like a fund manager or is politically sensitive like a sovereign wealth fund; both of which could be exempt from a TR1 disclosure.

Your rather condescending reply does rather miss the point. I asked you for a single example of a lie, ie a deliberate intention to deceive. You have merely pointed to multiple missed targets which are quite different.

Yes you are right. The best strategy is to ignore him but I have asked a genuine question because he often talks of lies but I am not aware of any. Missed intentions and targets, yes, but deliverate lies no.
