I am holding for almost 2 years now. For someone like me you are pure noise in here. Filtered along with many others alike.
Bonkers, I agree but what can you expect under the dire circumstances? People not in the mood for talking those topics at the moment, we are numbed by the stings we got.
Other than that, it is all a matter of hygiene. Filter more and you will automatically get cleaner flows. I get 1 good message in a sea of 20 green boxes.
Good find Tegop. The fact that Cineplex is still in the game and bids is huge. Shows how much is happening under the surface. ANYTHING can happen.
Do. Or not do. There is no try.
Thank you Master Yoda, all clear now.
yes maidit my bathroom is leaking from all pipes
Hexam, you are absolutely right. Then why not filter them? Why continue to be the wind beneath their wings? :)
I filtered them long ago, just the way I filter any shred of nonsense immediately as I see it.
always take Wolf's howling with a (big) grain of salt...
hey Kioto and other too-late-critics: where were you with these bright ideas when **** had just hit the fan? I don't remember hearing any such words of wisdom before this went dramatically worse.
Thanks Tegop, those are nice numbers considering everything. I remember the expectation was for 2023 to be some 35% lower than 2019.
Thanks. Dark black :)
What about closing this thread with an imbe***ile title and start fresh? :)
Morning all.
exactly. All the hype around the date of 27 for nothing...
what time is ti and what is the exact agenda?
Thanks
definitely !
mate, looks like our buy limit orders at 2p will never get executed ;)
Entire RNS is actually just a string of more or less subtle or outright disclaimers. I say it with a high voice, absolutely nothing is clear at the moment. Gents, it might be that we panicked over a set of procedural disclaimers. Let's counts them:
"no guarantee of any recovery"
"whilst no decision has been made"
"the terms of any such transaction remain uncertain"
"based on the proposals received to date"
"it is not expected "
"a potential Plan"
"the discussions suggest"
"in light of the level of existing debt that is expected to be released" (under the Plan which is itself "potential")
"the Company does not believe"
" it is therefore not expected at this time"
"Based on the current status"
"Cineworld now expects"
I stand corrected by other sources:
"Chapter 11 bankruptcy can take as little as a few months or as much as 5+ years to resolve."
"While the average length of a Chapter 11 Bankruptcy case can last 17 months, larger and more complex cases can take up to five years."
did you know that...
There is no absolute limit on the duration of a Chapter 11 case. Some Chapter 11 cases wrap up within a few months, but it's more usual for it to take six months to two years for a Chapter 11 case to come to a close.
Wolf - if we doubt what they say it’s really true, which I agree it might, than we can doubt that holders will go empty handed.
We really don’t know what is likely or not now do we? What we do know is that the sale option doesn’t seem to progress.
