ECO just discovered a 55 metre play offshore Guyana. Share Price and Mcap doubles to £246m.
CASP 65m to 105m Play over 52 km square Airshagyl field. Mcap £171million, and that is not counting MJF field production currently 1200 bopd expected to be 4000 bopd after workover.
RNS dated 17th July, not 31st.
By that calculation PIRI should have approx 2,625,000 shares of ECO which have increased in value circa 93% now worth 131.50 pence per share or an extra 60pps or an extra £1,575,000.
From 31/7/2019 RNS:
The principal investment in the portfolio remains ECO, together with a holding in Portage Biotech resulting from a transaction by one of our investee companies, SalvaRx plc, referred to in our 2018 full year results.

@smasher
Buy some shares . Your constant requests that they do a placing is only to get you in at a cheaper price.
If memory serves me correctly there is still circa $20 million available from one of the directors @ 7p, but fortunately no one wants to use it.
Smasher,
Extra money to fund work was supposed to be coming from the increased oil sales price since last year, the delay being due to the late issue of the MJF licence
There have been no placings, or dilution. Things are progressing, even if somewhat slowly due to cash restrictions.
You would soon complain if they issued shares in a fund raise.

If they get 4 deeps flowing in the next 4 months, then they will probably have to shut a couple of them in until they get their pipeline installed.
It is too cold to lay pipes in the winter, so don't get too carried away with your expectations.
If we get paid the 4 million quickly then, no problem. If we don't it is backs to the wall time.
SML has provided NAE with a charge over the Company's shares in CRL, a debenture charge over CRL's property and, in the event of default, NAE has the option to convert any outstanding balances to SML shares at 90% of the VWAP for SML shares in the 10 trading days prior to the issue of the conversion notice.
Think maybe you are all getting a bit carried away. Carver never promised to get any of the deeps flowing yet, he has kept you up to date on the state of play of all of them.
He said he was expecting the MJF licence, he's got it.
Once he gets the rest of the deeps flowing he is going to have to shut them in until he has the pipeline built in order to move the oil, and as with the MJF field, he is going to want a production licence before the taps are fully opened.
Don't know who or why, but some bright spark is selling the mm's enough shares to keep the price in check.
PI's have soaked up a lot of shares lately, so the mm's have been getting them from somewhere, and they would be quite happy to sell those shares to us at ever higher prices if they only had a limited amount to sell.
