Saj appears to softening the tone again yesterday he spoke with UK business leaders at Davos like I say we are poking Donald in the eye on 3 fronts that’s not a good start for trade talks .. Maybe Boris is considering where his bread is buttered.. let’s face it HS2 is going to take some paying ... We can always recycle the dinghys coming over from Calais we will have the biggest fishing fleet in the EU then mine you bit choppy in the Bay of Biscay for them ...

He will have no say over that The stories been in power over 9 years and they don’t seem to be taking their foot of the International Aid ... You should write to your MP about it ... Does anyone think Boris is softening his stance on EU .... He currently poking Donald in the eye on Iran/Hauwei/Digital Tax ... And yesterday did I hear Saj say the EU comes first ... Coupled with Frans Timmerman this morning smoozing about the deal ... Wonder if Boris is thinking that Donald may not be around in November and will we be “Back of the Queue “ again ... all good for the Lloyd’s SP I’m sure we will all be alright

Nucky ....on Lloyds it’s a very solid well run business paying a good dividend... unfortunately the SP is linked with the UK economy and whilst there is Brexit uncertainty around the trade deal then the SP is going nowhere for another year or so ... rise or fall on the snippets that will come out on how negotiations are going ... who has the upper hand in these negotiations well round 1 to the EU for delaying talks until March

Erv ...I’ve switched to my I’m alright jack attitude due to my political leaders ... I’m sure Boris will be caught again with his pants down very soon ... the irony will be if we leave on the WTO terms then I’m sure 1000’s of jobs will go especially in automotive and also in food retail ..Sainsbury’s are culling now ... so who will be to blame for their loss me who voted remain or you who voted leave ..... Ironically they themselves maybe getting exactly what they voted for ...I hope they don’t expect the government to step into help I’m sure the reply will be you voted for this ...As I say Brexit won’t affect me and many on here ... TFE ..... if we leave with tariffs and WTO terms I’m sure it will focus some companies to leave UK .. to be fair even if we had been aligned with the EU I would suspect in the near future Nissan and Toyota would leave the UK as the EU now have a trade deal with Japan ... but WTO would accelerate that ... like I say I’m sure if Boris and his boys want a no deal they will get it .. I hope the EU throw a spanner in the works for the financial services.. if they remove the passporting of these it could focus Boris a little .. the city is a big earner for HMG ... unless you all think we can have our cake and eat it
