Forget your technicals and MREL and PRA
The elephant in the room is no deal
We’re doomed we’re all doomed
Big hit to economy
Johnny Foreigner will make it so and have poor Boris crawling over glass for a deal
Too many people didn’t understand Brexit and were fed lies most people I know voted purely on immigration
Others like a few on this BB we’re riding there bikes through stone walled countryside looking at our green and pleasant land they had their childhood picnic with them listening to the Skylarks and wouldn’t it be good to go back to that time
Well it won’t
Still oranges will be cheaper oh and don’t forget your shiny 50p
Satsumas on the decking anyone :):):):):):)
Anyone still convinced a deal will be done
I think it’s been Boris and his band of Merry men’s choice for no deal all along they just don’t want to get the blame for it
No deal and MREL percentage boost would probably leave MTRO around today’s price
Anyone like to join me with their cheaper Satsumas on my decking on New Year’s Day :):):):):):):)
Anyway take your hat off to UNICEF for irking Jacob Rees Mogg and embarrassing them
Theo
$150 hit on my Bitcoin short which I opened just under 21k jumped out when it was rising faster than one of Elon space rockets ..
Still thinking of opening one again now it’s ripe for big retrace .. always does
He who dares Rodders :):):)
Never play big on CFD it’s just a bit of fun with a few Hundred was doing well with it but got on the wrong side of a couple of trades .. soon brings you back down
And don’t forget ... if we crash out with no deal the £ will crash against the € and all those imports become far more expensive... not so yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmyyyyyyyy
Still I hear Satsumas will be cheaper yummmmmmmmmmmmmy :):):):)

Covid is in the mix here and yes I get that ... But hopefully the vaccine may bring the tourism industry back to life ... But let’s say Covid wasn’t here Brits would be flocking to the costas just the same take .. Just look what happened when they got a quarantine free return from the canaries Covid out of the equation and we are worse of .. Hey and don’t forget we have taken the biggest hit to GDP from Covid than any other European country so we are on the back foot to begin with
Still not heard one person say how we are going to prosper mightily when we leave yet
But the queue is as big as the one that will be outside of Dover telling you how bad it is
I know the password n will be on all sides but believe you me I think you are putting far too much faith in HMG
Denby
Because theirs is split 27 ways so each country will take a certain hit yes to all 27 countries it’s more but let’s say Spain .. their percentage won’t be the same as UK hit to GDP because of what they may export to us so yes overall more but the hit on GDP is less for each state so that will enable them to put more pain on UK for longer
Tight
My mate Steve Coyne was at Rosyth in 89/90 probably same one .. I held INDV but sold to early
No deal Brexit will not be good for banks .. any bank... but I suspect into New Year both sides will come to senses
Also Cud the French fishermen will be joined from Belgium Netherlands Danish and Irish boats ... I suspect you will need more than 4 RN ships to stop all that ... Exactly what will we do you may impound some trawlers but that takes a lot of time and effort I suspect Macron will be chuckling away with his morning cake and Cognac
What sector you in Cud
Also I’m with tight on how few ships our Navy has these days .. Bare in mind we can’t even stop those dinghys coming across the channel
Also I’m not alright Jaques the French trawler man will be up for a bit of sport with the RN he will get bored of blockades of the ports and will probably test the Navy ... I suspect the will do it has a collective and sail as one big fleet to say what you going to do now .. blow us out of the water .. hmmmmm think not
Little fat Francois and Baker will be bashing on Boris’s door to make the French stop
Oh I can see the Daily Express headline now !!!!
If I was the head of a big bank I would be ringing around the other top dogs and set a meeting up at the private Mayfair club ... Maybe get Dan along to serve the drinks so he can eavesdrop... Then hopefully they will go to BoE and tell HMG we ain’t lending a penny until you sort this debacle out .. only drum tight customers get the wedge or unless you make the regulations very favourable for us
But hey sit back and watch the shambles unfold and let Uncle Pat say I told you so
Mightily Prosper ... Please tell us how Boris
Enjoy your cheaper Satsumas on the decking on New Year’s Day
Matlot
The prime Minister is a figure head with ideas and policy.. Surely he has advisors on what is doable and not doable and the cost of these things
He’s been educated at Eton surely he knows the disaster of an impending no deal
Problem is he’s caught up in the Tory ideology his mad dogs are keeping him in power and there lays your problem POWER .. Who wants to give that up
Not heard one person yet say how a no deal will be good for UK yet
Other than we will prosper mightily and a few on here saying short term pain long term gain ...
I think the Government were expecting the EU to give in on a deal so have not made plans for no deal ... Ie long term future plans .. they may have made plans for the border that’s all .. I’m no expert here but I will stick my neck out and say those border plans will go to rat shiiiit on day one ... I want Boris to tell us what he will do if there is a no deal ... maybe he should have been shouting from the rooftops what he was going to pump into business and the economy to put the EU on edge
Why hasn’t he done this. ... Because we have very little to give now after Covid
BS
It’s hard to call .... All bets are off with no deal ... I think there will be a massive knee jerk reaction especially in banking sector.. but that won’t be alone ... 40p doubt that ... but who knows
Let’s face it all politicians are liars ... So let’s take Rishi last speech ... 2% hit with a deal 6% hit on no deal ...
They will be best case scenario.. I bet it’s nearer 8% hit to GDP
Still like I say the bright side is cheaper Satsumas
