Good question.
Not an expert but will have a crack at answering your question.
Adequate pruning, increased use of fertilisers and adequate watering could do the trick.
Better still, increase processing equipment by adding additional machinery (even portable) and slow processing rate down slightly to maximise extraction from base material.
Simples really.

Think this is what you are looking for. Down page about halfway or so.
I think you may find that they crush the granite to extract the tungsten and the tin, aggregate is a bi-product of that process.
aiui there can be a fair amount of lithium in granite. That might be a possibility?
daytrader13 thank you for your considered reply. The 'report' is my accurate record of the very long meeting that took place and of course you have missed the point. Wolfe is in fact doing everything it can but have failed. The 3 or 4 actually refers to the number of sound recording devices that are physically available to the EA, to carry out the program. There are potentially iro 100 properties or more that are affected and includes the wider area of Plympton. (your assumption of 3 or 4 being totally incorrect). Make no bones about it if the EA get the information from the tests and Wolfe fails to stop the sound emissions they will be in court. Even now they are in breach of the Environmental Permit. What I have written is factual and is a true record of proceedings. I am sure that the other shareholder attendees will confirm this in due course. Stupid arrogance and calling people idiots is NOT the way to go about it. The EA referred to the big step I asked if they meant the end game, they did reluctantly. I asked for a timescale they refused to give one. Additionally for the record we need 100% production 7 days per week at todays prices to survive. Currently we are getting some 60% maximum. In fact unknown to all and sundry the plant had been switched off since the day before the meeting. All the locals commented how strange it was that they had no noise. The rep from Wolfe then said during the meeting that it was not working.
Sorry all. Not good. Potentially could be shut down in absolute worse case scenario. They appear to be struggling with the noise problem. This cannot be 'heard' but is felt? by the local population and is definitely airborne. The EA is now going to install recording devices in as many affected homes as possible. (they have 3 maybe 4) and gather data, potentially to be used against Wolfe. This may initiate improvement notices, compliance etc. Should Wolfe not comply potential for court and all that entails. Talk of mothballing. Locals have a fear that could be sold for a quid and the Chinese come in. They do not want this. I think one needs balls of steel on this one. The tungsten and tin ARE definitely there to be mined and worth a lot of money but the impacts on locals is not acceptable (to them) and must be addressed. The sound expert did reiterate that this was a totally unique event and unprecedented. The EA were quite emphatic that Wolfe were trying very hard to rectify the problem and had NOT tried to get away with it. I believe the quality of equipment is not good (Chinese made????). I was not able to ascertain where the remedial equipment is to be sourced from.
