The Barossa gas field is 300 kilometres north of Darwin and will be the source of gas to backfill
Darwin LNG when Bayu-Undan ceases production.

Still see that JV as probable favourites, to make a bid on release of the CPR, their JV to acquire

As you can see, from these extracts from Santos Website, they have lots of Irons in the fire but
much hinges on getting their 2 way dual pipeline and carbon capture projects completed, in a
timely fashion.

What better replacement hub for Barossa than Chuditch, almost a straight pipeline to Darwin and
centrally located relative to all their other fields, to the left area R , Petrel, Tern and Frigate, to the
right, area P and Barossa

If that happens Gusmao , could be in trouble, Rauk and he/party have some history
Rauk more likely to help Guterres in the door. Rauk at one point, banned all CNRT
members from Parliament.

Rauk previously won coalition support, when it looked like he was going out
of the door, not to long after being elected. This time he could be the piggy
in the middle, that sways the result with another coalition, under Guterres
or Gusmao.

While we wait for the Seismic and CPR for Dunrobin and CPR for Chuditch
the rest is mute and kicking the can down the road. Same on all Oil and Gas

Not cut and dried that Gusmao will win but his return to leadership, will probably be
strongly supported by the common people, with whom he has super hero status and
he keeps that coming, Gusmao still when has some free time, walks the streets and
shores, pressing the flesh and talking to his people.

Yes, has unlike the past gone a bit radio silence but he did say last time he posted on
the subject, might play with some additional shares but his main huge holding, was
set for the news. Sure he will post in his own good time but historically, he has been

China walked from a potential deal for Beaco/Sunrise years ago, due to the former CEO
of Timor Gap , giving false figures and not providing the data the Chinese wanted to see.

However, Horta and Rauk are the senior leadership, surely if they want it, they can get
them to open things up, with facts, not a scripted reply to all, our studies show, we
would be competitive with Darwin.

When the £50-75k plus trades appear, that's when you know it's likely more than just a
well healed pi/hnw individual. Then you start looking for the TR1 arriving with a juicy
sector name on it.

Just need Naheed to cut a deal suitable to all, when just called Oracle Coal, the price
of coal we where looking at, was 80-120 a ton, the Minister and PM have said a few
times, the imports crippling the economy at around 240 a ton.

We would have been profitable back then, with a larger scale operation, to supply
other power stations, cement works, exports etc , etc , probably still would be, so
can clearly undercut the imports by some margin and still turn some profits on to
the balance sheet, to support Oracles other projects moving forwards (less dilution
etc)

as have posted a lot lately, Naheed said working on getting the actual coal mine, up and running
back in October, the new PM then in December announced the fast tracking of, the Thar coal
railways, to include exporting Thar Coal via Port Qasim, being the only block, without operational
or in build construction, we are in a unique position, to fast track bulk production, to meet their
needs, with our JORC being only a fraction, of the potential coal on our license, which is likely in
the multi billion tonnes range. Area just one big coal seam, our exploration was only done years
ago on around 20% of our acreage.

Unfortunately, it does appear, all the runners and riders are blinkered and not going to
fly out of the stalls, until the result of the Sunrise Marathon stakes, new license bidders
stalling, tends to give it away.

Just hope our CPR when it lands, get's the attention it would deserve, anywhere else on
the planet.

They need to do something , outside the sunrise sandbox and get the sector back onside.
Last years bid round winners, should have signed off their PSC's by last June/July, they
have not and the latest ANPM statement was, now looking to have all signed off by Feb.

Clearly, the winners are all waiting for some clarity, before committing to spending many
millions on exploration and development.

The two big players Santos , block R and ENI , block P, have Mou's in place with each other
and the Koreans , who own some of the in place Darwin LNG facilities. They are still also
committed to the dual pipe with carbon capture project,

Current Bayu-Darwin to become the waste disposal from Darwin, with a $300-350m new
pipeline (was to be Barossa Hub) to Darwin as the Gas input line.

Timor have committed to the Carbon Capture at Bayu with a JV, they could do worse than
also announce, getting involved and fully support Santos/ENI long term plans, at least takes
away the doubt, to them an others, their plans are not going to be squashed again.

New pipeline 2 hub, to be located in Timor waters, to suit Santos/ENI and SK (korea) plans
for Darwin operations, from multiple fields, using the 2 pipelines.

the talks resume next week.

But agree , let the argue the toss over processing, as they have done for 20 years, in
the meantime, how about avoiding the pitfall's with the other Timor project, the PIT
at Metinaro, near Dili up North.

Timeline much shorter for that project, how about giving Andy some additional, power
to his elbow in negotiations, by declaring Chuditch FPSO and Timor have an MOU for
domestic supply on Chudtich development and then see who jumps off the fence.

Our bounce point the past three weeks has been 0.1375p (lost count) , not looking to bad
so far, bounced down and up from 0.1275p, if that holds as the new BP, we could recover
