RE: Insane mega volume buying = leak20 Jan 2023 15:20
Appointment finished earlier than expected, re forward selling it happens ALL THE TIME
and was quite clear , back in the days, they use to send TR1 notifications and comply.
Clon last year £4m raised, where was the initial TR1 , for holding such a large portion of
the company, likewise , every 1% change as they dumped, how many sent , let me see
NONE
Likewise this is a 46% dilution , where again are the initial TR1's , won't arrive as they do
not on most shares these day, the blagg being we have more than 10 scumbags , with
less than 5% each (overseas threshold for initial reporting)
It's obvious on most shares, another COPL , made a raise last year, the ceo said in a statement
no placing required, a couple of days later, with daily ave volumes being sub 2 million, suddenly
had an 18 million day out of the blue, the high volume continued that week around 35 million
for the week, el shocko, the week after Mr no placing required raised , for a total of around 35m
shares, once it reached the supposed issue date, volume dropped off a cliff back to normal
levels (forward sold as most are) death spiralling all the way.
Look at shares in churn, always the same, London Stock exchange , not the mickey mouse
3rd party sites, its always the same, out of the blue big volume days, then the announcement
for the clearance of the rest.
So far Clon , has not even churned a billion shares in total , since it boom before announcement
clearance, usually takes multiples of the issue, in many cases 6-12 times the issue, the lucky ones
actual big buyers £100k-£500k plus trades, sometimes as low as 2-3, the rest on low volume trades
with frequent flying traders, skimmers and scalpers (10-20% and 2-5% profit seekers) churn for a
long time.
