selected prospective partners. Global previously announced on 31 October 2012 in its quarterly
Report its intention to farm down the 85% interest which Global holds in its Namibian licence,

but putting handcuffs on its industry, while also stating , want to maintain
Australia's leading position in world Gas/LNG Market

So pushing a keep OZ green and get it going from elsewhere policy, let them
worry about carbon emissions (pass the buck)

Its leading Gas/LNG importer Japan, has now on several occasions, expressed
it' concerns, with Australian policy and security of it's own future domestic supply.

Japanese Government gave out sweeteners of around $50 billion, to its own leading
companies, to go out and secure such supplies, later in 2022 , Japan also via its major
lending/facilitating Investment bank, entered into a MOU with Woodside , to likewise
secure supplies for Japan, stating bank will finance and Japanese companies ( Inpex?
etc) would also assist in any developments.

Is this the real reason, Woodside did a 180 recently , to look again at Sunrise/Pipeline/
Beaco project, the TL side have not hidden the fact, for them its more than about just
Sunrise, its own studies launched in September 2021, based on Initial development of
3 fields to Beaco from the start, Chuditch, Kelp and Greater Sunrise, from a HUB pipeline.

Despite at the time, Sundagas talking other options and primary FPSO for Chuditch.
