Where are we now and what are we waiting for with Uskmouth? Right now, we're currently waiting for a decision as to whenever the planning application will go to the Welsh Government or Uskmouth, correct? The information for that decision is overdue now if I'm not mistaken. When do we expect to hear about the environmental permit, April?
With the Tidal division, it's a lot more easier to keep track of dates. We have September for the CfD, and we should be able to apply for financial support from the UKIB when it is operational (which should be sometime in the spring, if I have read the documents right). But this begs the question of what type of financial support would the tidal division have from the UKIB. What about the Hydro division, and how could Gupta situation possibly affect us in the short to medium term?
None I'm afraid. It seems that they are currently going through a FDA regulatory review of its first products. Managed to find some photos of the facility, which is both the HQ and the production facility. Their aim is also right now on "developing infrastructure over time where we can run factories around the world.” It seems they are able to generate the revenues through private means, so have no incentive yet to go public.
There is nothing I've found about IPO's for Nasdaq, so I assume at the moment they are not going that route. You might be able to buy pre-IPO shares though of BlueNalu from certain FinTech Companies however if you want to take the risk.

Thought's just crossed my mind Silentalker: do we know when the UK Infrastructure Bank will be operating and if so, when SAE may potentially apply for financial support for it's projects e.g. MeyGen?I could not find any information on the document as to when they planed to have the UKIB operating.
This is probably the thing we have to wait on now for funding of UK tidal projects, unless we manage to secure a favorable CfD. The good thing at least is that there is a generally favorable consensus among MPs about tidal. There were some concerns from Barry Gardener about not enough ecological impacts being done from a Video I watched a while back, but the main thrust of his argument in my eyes was that it was better to know the full ecological impact now rather than later. All in all, the responses among MPs have been favorable so far which makes things a bit easier.
The article is about a month old, but they are currently 'creating a 40,000-square-foot San Diego facility' in order to start growing their product. In the article, they seem to imply they are trialing large scale production through this facility in order to demonstrate to consumers and investors of their viability. Has anyone got any information on this facility by any chance?

I hope so. They need to develop this sector before others do. I'm not sure if others on the board have had the same thought (probably have), but I can see the technology that SAE and others offer not just being deployed in territorial waters, but underneath deep in the Atlantic ocean possibly in future. Yet this is subject to more R&D and becoming large enough as a company to compete with other competitors.
For now, we're a snail on a slope.
