In my experience a 4th meeting is usually buy/sell price negotiations as all other business should have been settled. Take the opportunity, if you can, to aquire more shares and sit back and wait. It is an investment company after all

Highly possible is my best guess? It's in the interest of both companies to get the job done as quickly and as safely as possible and the timings are about right by my fag packet calculations. Perhaps a bit of pre-Christmas overtime has been paid!
