I have all mine in a isa so if I invest 10k I can earn 12k a year tax free which is what you can earn in a isa with out paying tax. If you feel you are going to earn more than 12k.so reach 22k You can transfer money to say your wife’s or partners isa and she can earn 12k tax free on hers as well and you can get appointed on it just to buy and sell shares on her behalf but half to fill out a extra form.
