My point to Mac was if NN are buying why would they need JORC ?
In point 3 I’ve been working on a discount assumption of 8.33%, why mention an arbitrary figure in the resource RNS?
Hi Mac, the generic answer you provided didn’t persuade me sufficiently so I went back to the August Nyud RNS. It’s clear that the JORC is required as a pre req before we would exercise our option over the Rosgeo 25% for Nyud.
The JORC is a requirement for EUA, not NN.
Quite handy these RNS’s you should take a look through them sometime;-)
Mac to your earlier comment, why would NN wait for a JORC.
Surely Russian Reserve figures would suffice for aRussian Co. Operating in Russia?
Thanks for the detail Tillywhiz.
I did have a trawl back myself but gave up when I had to go back through 80 pages of your comments just to get to the turn of the year!!
Indeed it did show a lower short position than I recalled

How can you invest in a company that supports Russia!
Why are you still here???????
Asking for a friend ;-)
As mentioned a couple of weeks ago, I am with Mac on this, EM =D
Algebra was never a strong point .
What about the 80% divi statement? for a £4.3 bil sale its closer to £1.10- £1.20p
About3% of shares in issue so about 3% impact on share price at the time. But you knew that didn’t you?
Back on March 2nd
Have to agree with mac on this one.
Sorry chaps, 've been to the tip to create some space in my logistiics hub/garage.

If the Russian army can't resupply 190,000 troops (actually probably 150k now) effectively, how could they possibly sustain an effort with a larger number?
Apologies for the multi moniker call out, not intended.

And neither did she or her family when they purchased their shares!!!
They are an Indian family, Infosys ids an Indian company doing business around the world. It happens to do business with a now sanctioned bank, like POG. Do you now call out all POG holders in a similar manner?
EUA is a British company doing business in Russia (and maybe BRICS)
We are very fortunate not to have connections to a sanctioned person or entity.
Slightly hypocritical, don't you think?
Thanks for the link CAW!, a quick related google search suggests that it may indeed be possible.
Every day is a learning day !!
mac, I would expect the reason the Indian gov asked us not to come over is for a subtly different reason than you propose above.
It gives Russia a way out and to save face with their allies proposing this cessation.
It distances India and China from the west thus saving Russian face.
It is the only credible way for the current regime to continue to govern in Russia in the long term, their conventional forces have taken such a battering that they can't even hold defensive positions around Kiev. The regime realise that they cannot afford to throw young conscripts at this campaign as this will destabilise the gov back home.
I believe we will have a solution agreed within 10 days and that this is the start of the end. keeping all crossed and of course only my opinion, not advice ;-)

So Sunak's wife can't hold shares and potentially profit from Russian interests, but you can???
