Well I bought some more after the RNS, rightly or wrongly !! If they are making good progress then this becomes easily a ten-bagger. Why would they issue options if they were going bust ?? As many have said there is a lot more going on here. The only negative imho is the constant posting by Halley

Bazzaman why would he bother to come out with an RNS to be critical of his advisors. The current share-price is too low, yes, but there are far far more important things going on. As I have always maintained the launch of Zenakine is massive !! much more important than an AIM company share-price. We still haven't had any customer launches of products that contain Zenakine. The company, SA and ELRIC are being very tight lipped at present because this is a very big event. I wish people would just wait for figures and stop being critical of SA because there is a lot more at stake here

They have told us many times that a new journey doesn't always bring in funds from day 1. They are obviously quoting much more and have interest from many new potential customers. This is why to some, the turnover figure was a bit disappointing but as new contracts come in the turnover this year should increase accordingly. I am very happy with the way the company is performing. They seem to be leaders in several lucrative fields. GLA

Croda are a very big company calling the shots, I wish SA wouldn't make promises that he doesn't deliver and wish the new advisors would do their job !! But the shares are holding the 17p level , I bet lots of long term shareholders are getting out and their shares are being taken (thank you very much) by various insiders. SA has now lost the tiny bit of support he had from most shareholders but I still think he will be a success going forward with the growth of the business which is what really matters. I will continue to hold the shares.

Thanks for that Jigger_1 I have built up a reasonable holding here and like you, am waiting for the shares to rise like the other crypto companies , some of which have gone ballistic !! SWC is a prime example reaching a valuation of over $1B !! while ours sits at about £20m. We have a well experienced CEO and now a chairman (of Argo fame) who's been around the block, with the AIM listing it should only be a matter of time. GLA

Well I believe there is silence from the board because it keeps Croda happy right now and they have a lot riding on Zenakine. The only real negative for SA ( I believe most aspects of the business are probably going to plan) is the continuing frustration from shareholders. SA I believe has a lot of confidence in the future of SBTX so he is prepared to take the flack knowing that he will redeem himself in the not too distant future. That's my take, I agree with net that this is not unlike the recent moves in ITM Power not yet including the huge rise !!!

Yes I agree that the Croda update will come first. After all they must want to tell their shareholders how successful Zenekine is ahead of numerous new products being launched by their customers.

Shychap I am also a staunch supporter of SA but like you I hope he will update the market and explain in detail where we are with the NDA by the end of this month. He really does owe it to all of us long suffering shareholders.

Freddieboy a fantastic article !! but I wish I could really understand the details and jargon used. It does seem that the company are on the cusp of something really great but if the market is concerned that they may still need to raise funds why don't they organize an old fashion RIGHTS ISSUE perhaps fully underwritten !! I for one would take up my rights even if that meant selling elsewhere.

When SA reveals the royalties received so far and maybe his conservative estimates going forward I would like to see him buy 250,000 shares upwards which would be a double wammy for the share-price !!

Bazzaman I couldn't disagree with everything you said more. Don't forget SA was dealing with a footsie 100 company with very deep pockets and was not really in a very strong position to refuse to sign the NDA. Get real, he did a good deal by getting them to pay out over £5m and achieved double digit royalties on ALL sales worldwide. He can also purchase the product at cost plus for other industrial uses. The BB's are full of frustrated investors (including myself) because of the NDA and other negatives over the last few years. But the 2 acquisitions were cheap and necessary (no matter how they were financed) and now Zenakine and the rest of the business is looking very positive. Cavendish and SOH are totally useless but SA is top notch , all IMHO of course. Bazzaman have you been involved in commerce ?? because I have as a Chartered Accountant for over 50 years !! Too many people on here think that running a business is so easy, but it isn't, far from it.

This is the best time to buy for a long time, anybody that sells this AM is mad IMHO
