Yes no way for them to resolve this disaster. I am waiting since a long time for the possible capital raising, then there may be the chance to buy somthing at a ridiculous price. Let's hope this slow agony finishes soon. I was once a shareholder and I have been severely punished for my error!!!

I think this is pure speculation, their debt is currently unsustainble

Wait for the capital raising

They're probably going for a capital raising, it's the only way to resolve the debt problem. Thus, i expect the price to go down more and more, basically the shares have no value right now - the company itself said that. I will wait until the capital raising and then i will consider if buying back in (i lost a big amount of money on wner)

unfortunately you're right, it's a complete disaster...i don't know what to do with what remains of my investement here...

FY Results will arrive before the end of the month; i'm in since a long time and a think that with a recovering property market and rental market booming Warner can't continue going down

Hi Joker, my views aro more on the positive side. The chart is clearly showing a trend inversion, and this is supported by some good news we had in the last days and by the fact that the property market is slowly recovering. Only question mark is represented by the manageability of the debt. I am very interested in reading the next results.

It seems to me that finally something is changing in the stock price movement, i expect a run up soon. Going to average down as soon as i can free some liquidity

Don't know what, maybe the market thinks they can't manage the debt even after the renegotiation. If we don't go up even in presence of good news (the center let to yuasa and the lending sector that's seen "bouyant") i don't know what else we have to think.

The RE market didn't recover yet. A lot of shares in that sector are at very low prices. I'm in on this and i think i'll average down a little bit because i think - like you do - that this prices are very near to the bottom
