A similar company to XBIOi is VIAMET. (VMET). It is similar to XBIO in the sense that it is still in a similar development stage. The expected IPO date is 5/12/2016 and the offer price is $14-16. all the pharma companies appear to IPO at around the $12-18 mark, but with less shares than XBIO. It looks as though xbio is not being traded at the moment on the OTC. Ill see what I can do to get the word out. I assume once the S1 has been accepted by Nasdaq, then the numbers will be added to the S1 form. The offer price is anyone's guess at the moment. I'm hoping it is above $5 or we will be classed as a penny stock.

Not 23016 but 2016 !

Because of the Lock-up agreement made in October 2015. (See: http://ir.xeneticbio.com/releasedetail.cfm?ReleaseID=935504). This agreement, as I understand it, is to create stability in the SP before an IPO or a move up to another trading platform. This agreement expires in June 2016 and there is a further limitation of six months for selling shares at a minimum price. Therefore, I'm expecting some positive news in or before June 23016. Maybe Lord snooty can give us his handle on the lock-up.
