The drill hole was 70 metres north-east of the gold outcrop (5.6g/t gold)
(announced by the Company on 22 October 2018), which was the crucial first step
in establishing continuity between the Clontibret gold deposit, on which the
Company has defined a JORC resource of 517,000 ounces of gold (announced by the
Company on 28 July 2017), and the Corcaskea gold target.

Excellent....when that JORC arrives .....3m ozs plus!!

So we can assume that each "project" referred to in the interview is one of the JV companies.
Therefore their are 3 projects...

He clearly states in the interview,
€5m spend for 25% is in that project...that's Clontibret.
Its not in the others, yet the agreement says different.
Confusing and a little worrying.

Interview says €5m into each project.
That agreement says each special purpose companies.
The interview makes it sound like Clontibret, claylake or wherever are the projects.( glenish, slieve glah)

Yes exactly but he states "at that stage mainly to (€5-10 ) construction ready status" for the other projects.
So is the exploration drilling included in the €20m Clontibret spend?
Keep relistening but still not sure what he's getting at.

The interesting and confusing part of the interview...
The Prof states they will be spending closer to €20m on Clontibret. (To bring to construction ready)
He states €5m spend to earn 25% each project.
He then states €5-10m on Claylake mainly to bring to construction ready status.
So why the large figure for Clontibret where most of drilling done already....and no money for drilling at Claylake project?
Are they classing Clontibret and Claylake as a joint project in terms of mine development?

We are aware of what activities are taking place in Clontibret....
If he had suggested Claylake....I might have wondered.

But its going to happen..

8% spread, tax on share purchase, no news for months..

Would not expect them to do so.
PDMRs are damned if they do and damned if they don't in situations like this.
The Prof states the mcap is ridiculously low...he knows more than anyone else, its just his word you have to trust.
Now say he buys 100k worth today...would you be happy?
If the JV ends and Conroys sp dives would you be happy he bought...he would be accused of misleading investors.
If we get a JORC of 10m ozs on Clontibret/Claylake at end of year he would be accused of taking advantage of the low sp.
So not surprised to see no BoD purchases.

Why so late in the day?, I'm beginning to get the impression that the recent drill programme, stated as a pilot programme was a tester, simply there to give more information as to whether Demir proceed further.
Its passed the test, hence the Profs recently adoption of the words "successful "and "success".
Can now move forward at the accelerated pace as promised.
Mega drill programme forthcoming, emphasis on Clontibrets JORC and maybe simultaneously Claylake.
Over 3m ozs at Clontibret predicted!
The sp is going to change...just a matter of when not if.

A placing is not a scenario id completely dismiss....
