The 3.3m trade is what I call a 17.06 trade because that seems the most popular time they print them...always at closing sp, whether via closing auction or mid price. Been discussed before...my opinion mm exchanges.
Anyone with a different opinion be glad to hear it.
Agreed the other two look like buys.

People putting two and two together. Booked interview would be awkward without an update first.
Traders getting the wink to take a position. Either the interview notification should have been delayed or a RNS issued this morning.

Yes I agree with that...but would 5/6 weeks made much difference.
Just think there was an urgency beyond what we know so far.

Coming up to the end of June...original Block plan W38 would be near completion now....with a probable sp double the current, now would have been a better time to do the fundraise...imo.
Hoping it was an opportunity too good to miss to do it earlier.
Will we find out Monday...maybe.

Why are you of the opinion that W30 will be the next to be drilled...most seem to think W38 is next on the list. My opinion is forget everything we have been told so far...the excellent W16az results and the current cash available gives Block a blank page...

Thesa 17.06 trades have been discussed before.They are always traded at the closing sp. its my opinion they are both a buy and a sell, just transfers probably between MMs.
i tend to ignore them.

Thank you for that reply...I understand that some trades are printed later...but the time stamp indicates that this has happened....yesterday's trade was real time....therefore not delayed.

Well I am always interested to learn. So you are saying there was a verbal agreement between the seller of the 2m+ shares,the broker and MMs a couple of days ago...they decided to sell you pis numerous cheap shares without raising the sp and then decided to send the legally binding date stamp report to the stock exchange yesterday.
Well seems highly unlikely to me...but if the sp rises today or Monday I will have to agree.
Agreed there are late printed trades but the time stamp dictates they are late printed.
Will watch with interest and be educated.

MMs rules clearly state that the time of the trade should be to the nearest second that the trade was agreed.
Am watching with interest...shall be interested to see what tomorrow holds for cpx.

Dont think these trades are reported late...the deals are just agreed late...after the closing sp is known...imo

This is a long winded boring read and a lot of it i do not understand...theres a little bit in there about how MMs are allowed to within certain guidelines manipulate the last auction and activate the uncrossed trade...for a customer, seems today has been a success and order filled.

Depends what you call well north?..20/30% premium is acceptable to day traders,investors waiting for update and utilising funds elsewhere...and there lies the problem unfortunately. Most think its worth the risk....they know the MMs will not take it to full market value straight away cos they want to play their part and take their share...thats why more day traders than investors.
it both spoils aim and makes aim an exciting place to be.imo

Given the timescales since 16az...
a operations update should have been straightforward.
Therefore imo waiting on acquisition news...and if so cant really give an ops update with no mention of such said acquisition.
Just have to wait and see what unfolds...
get the feeling will be worth it.
