So FLFL are buying 24.8% in the 10p placing and rns says:

"FLFL has conditionally agreed to make additional investments to take its ownership up to 29.9 per cent."

So does this mean their 24.8% is diluted down after the 15p placing? Not sure of the maths but lets say they are diluted to 20% does that mean they will have to buy 9.9% more instead of 5.1% for example?

what for? they raised £20m in April and had £12m in Dec. They have plenty of cash.

Berenberg are a market maker and on Monday appeared on the book, I've never heard of them before. They are sitting on the bid with huge chunks and are soaking up any selling which means they are buying big for someone. I can sell 500k in one go to them for 12.55
