Vianet shares to be suspended24 Nov 2008 07:30
Scotsman:
SHARES in Vianet, the Dunfermline-based data services firm, are due to be suspended from Aim this morning following a request from the firm's board.
Earlier this month, Vianet borrowed £300,000 from Barkley Ltd, one of its investors.
In a statement, Vianet's board said: "Long-running discussions with two separate parties have been terminated, as a result of which the directors now consider there is a serious risk that the company will be unable to continue to trade beyond the short term."
Oh well, Monday morning blues!
