RNS looks positive, BUT there is a lot of work to be done on testing / flow rates /BOPD, how much can they get out and how much will that cost etc etc. I think 45 days has been mentioned before for testing. I'll be happier once we have the exact BOPD / cashflow on our currently producing 7 wells in the portfolio, which will help nail in the current SP. Still need all those facts / figures, exact cash per month in the public domain.Will be interesting to see how the market reacts today.

with all this missing oil. why is this suddenly stuck at this level??. Surely its hugely undervalued?. I couldn't buy or sell for hours on HL today, just trying dummy buys and sells all afternoon , just NT all the time... Concerning really.

a simple solution to more stock to buy is IF the MM's raise the price, more sellers come in and people who want to buy can. Simple really. I'm amazed this is stuck at these levels with so much interest. I've been trying to add another £30,000 of shares all morning. Cant even buy £1000 worth on HL. Pathetic really. If your reading this Mr MM's, out the feckin price up please asap

barely any volume today,hence a wee drop from the MM's to make a living. I havent sold a single share i can assure you. Now hold 5.6m shares. Also took a large position in ADV this week, looks very undervalued with newsflow on its way and plenty of room to go much higher.

Really looking forward to next week, should be transformational. Albeit a lot of testing / data work still to do going forward. Clear production BOPD update on the 7 producing wells will kickstart us and ofcourse Paradox full update. I'm now confortable with myself to hold these now to atleast EOY, when i may top slice a few. They have done an outstanding job in the drilling of the lateral, really supreme. Add at these levels if you can

Tom, as you know ZPHR ARE an oil producer!. 7 non operated wells on line and counting. No debt and large buidling cashflows month to month now and going forward, all on mainland USA. Paradox for ZPHR is a game changer but not a one trick pony.

I hold mostly ZPHR, but now have a £60,000 position with ADV as a side bet as it looks v undervalued.

Don t use LSE are a marker for buys / sells, its hopeless. This share will go up on newsflow, buy and hold. It will be double or treble this price by EOY or sooner.

indeed ST, the prax partnership is a very important part of our package going forward on all fronts. Re getting US investors, developing Paradox and ofourse getting the best price for our oil etc .

It will all come to pass soon enough. Plenty of news flow from now until EOY and beyond. I'm aiming for atleast 10p by EOY, but could be much hogher.

The Company's Paradox acreage is estimated to hold the following:



· Net 2C contingent recoverable resources of over 12 million barrels of oil equivalent ("mmboe") from 30 wells;

· Net present value of approximately US$120 million (pre-Federal Income Tax), using a flat oil price of US$55 per barrel of oil ("BO") and a ten percent discount rate ("NPV -10"); and

· Net present value of approximately US$148 million (pre-Federal Income Tax), using a flat oil price of US$60 per BO and a ten percent discount rate ("NPV -10").



The above estimates only include forecast resources in the Cane Creek reservoir and do not include the significant potential upside from additional overlying reservoirs which are being evaluated following the drilling of the State 16-2 well. The estimates were calculated in accordance with the Company's Competent Persons Report ("CPR") prepared by Gaffney Cline & Associates ("Gaffney Cline") in June 2018, and will be revised further once all data from the State 16-2 well has been processed.



A potential side track lateral on the State 16-2 well (the "State 16-2LN-CC") is forecast to have strong economics as a standalone investment. Utilising production profiles generated from Gaffney Cline's CPR, and updated with a $55 per BO and $60 per BO prices, the Board estimates the lateral side track could generate the following on a 2C basis:



Initial gross oil production rate: 780 barrels of oil per day

Estimated Ultimate Recovery: 550,000 BO and 1.8 billion cubic feet of gas

Return on Invested Capital: 232% at $55/BO; 314% at $60/BO

Single well net NPV-10: $5.7 million at $55/BO; $6.7 million at $60/BO

I picked up near the end when CH says analysing of the wireline logs" wont take long", i take from that its because they are so obviously positive, ... Its clear that they have pulled off a blinder by going through the entire reservoir and the overlying ones. Fingers crossed for some very meaningful results to get the share price moving up to where it should be.

indeed, i agree, but its building slowly but surely. Just need some meat on the bone re which method to extract the oil, how much / flow rates / well longevity / scalability etc etc. All of which i very much believe we have in abundance at Paradox. I see 6p as a baseline now for the next leg up. I'm aiming for 10p by EOY mininum. As i said earlier, todays RNS was a massive elephant removed from the room and a wonderful big tick in the box for all investors current and new. Very exciting times ahead.. 100% agree Northern, the RNS couldn't have been better imo, infact it very much exceeded my expectations. A wonderful professional operation. I think things in general will move quickly now on all fronts, goodness knows how much oil is down there and how much they can get out / flow rates / longevity of the wells etc etc. Future potential 200 wells etc etc. Clearly the main thing the market / investors need to have certainty on is by WHAT METHOD they intend getting it out, thats a huge decision for the entire paradox play going forward and the the effect on the carbon footprint. ( in a good way). Either way for me, today's news was a huge tick in the box, it really was. Fingers crossed going forward.

Zephyr goes from strength to strength and today’s news from the Paradox Basin takes the company another step towards producing from the cane Creek reservoir. In turn this will set up an income stream that will finance further development of what could be a substantial operation dwarfing the size of the business achieved so far.

Indeed, along with the substantial oil production from the Williston Basin interests which are now onstream and remember are sheltered from federal corporation tax, the company is in a very strong position, putting the company in a financially powerful place from which to move on with the ‘flagship’ Paradox Basin project and of course leaves the company massively well placed to build here and ‘pursue accretive transactions’. It should not be forgotten that already the company has already announced an increase in its operated land position through the acquisition of an additional 12,260 acres in the Paradox Basin

Just did a dummy £20,000 buy on HL and was offered 5.97p. Really odd how this share is managed re pricing. If we are not careful we will end up break even on the day at this rate. Most strange. We are .50p lower than we were a few weeks ago pre drilling. I know we need production figures etc etc, but the reaction today does seem rather harsh on such positive all round news. What am i missing?.

Northern, they have hydrocarbons across the ENTIRE cane creek reservoir and ALL the over lying reservoirs!. Its amazing!. Yes numbers to come and how best to get it out. But production casing has been set, which is surely a very very positive step.
