Folks, do we have any more info / firm evidence "Officially" that PM are up to 4.46%. I say that because if this is true, its one of the best bits of news all year, in terms of under pinning current levels and support forward. It would also catapult ZPHR onto various Investment funds radars both in the UK & US. Not much of a rise today really. Mickey mouse volume, large spread, so just treading water yet again for now. The liquidity of of ZPHR must put a lot of people off, this needs to be sorted ASAP. Very hard to buy or sell anything much more than £30,000 - £50,000 absolute max and even then, some days no more than 20k. If we want to start to swim in the mid cap pond, we need to have the right tools to do so.

I hope CH is working on all these corporate details, so we can attract many many new larger investors, hugely expand the shareholder base. 4m volumes aint going to do much for us. We need 4m individual share trades on a daily basis. Lets get things moving on that front. Need some serious PR in the US and UK to drive us on to mid cap status.

Just tried and was offered 6.08 for a £60,000 sell ( just under 1m shares ). Don't worry, i didn't sell!

ZPHR is more derisked now than its ever been. I will be holding onto mine for dear life now. May top slice some in the 15p-20p range. They are all in my SIPP, so can wait 15 years if needed.

I'm very very interested to see more official info on the Premier Miton stake building. They are a very savvy award winning small cap investment manager. I think they got into JLP back at 2p-3p odds 2 years ago. JLP now 18p. An amazing vote of confidence if they have bought more between 5.25p-6.40p odds. TR1 must surely be soon. must be.

Folks, if PM's stake is now 4.46% of the total issued capital, would that not warrant a TR1 to be issued to declare a substantial increase in holding?. Assuming they have been accumulating?. 27m to 56m shares odds.

Time we got well away from these 6p odds levels once and for all .

no worries, take no offence and keep up your posts. Either way, whatever any of us on these BB post, will not effect the share price a single thin ball hair. In the end, the stockmarket will always tell the TRUTH by way of the SP direction over a given timescale.

If PM have been accumulating, then the TRUTH is this will become "officially " reported in due course and our SP will tell the truth and Rise!. Everything else inc my and all our posts are really just noise in between!. What isn't in any doubt imo is that ZPHR is a top drawer operation with outstanding MGT with very solid II's holding millions more than us. That's good enough for me!!. Tyndalls, Edale, Premier miton and CH / BOD'S holdings are all supportive of this. I fully believe we will be in double figures going into 2022 and beyond. Add at these levels if you can. PM certainly are.

TKIA....not a case of not trusting. I don't think anyone on a BB or social media can ever be more than 25% believed. ( myself included ). In all my 51 years, i've never ever even believed a word any politician in the word says, thats why i've never voted, they are liars of the highest order, let alone BB / social media fake news, which is rife. ( for the record i think your post is real by the way!, you're in the 25% trust zone!).

I look forward to a TR1 re PM's 57m shares very very soon, in an official stock market way.

As with with all things stockmarket, the TRUTH will always come out soon enough, ie the share price will either rise strongly or it wont, no amount of BB chatter etc will make a blind bit of difference either way ever.

Apologies, you will appreciate its a fairly vital piece of info to know PM have been adding heavily at these levels. Amazing that Zak just casually drops that into the review of ZHPR today to. unreal.

Hi TKIA, could you please post a link to where you are getting PM's official current shareholding info from please. Ie a share register link. Need this to be official / bonifide, not bb chatter.I'm affraid i dont believe a single word anyone types on twitter, and that includes the Prime minister and the President. No disrespect, i hold a lot of shares ( by my standards ), so IF PM have been accumulating recently in the 6p region, then i need to know, as it will aid my sleep at night and also set 6p as a base line. Also, it fully explains why the price hasnt moved for 2 months, its been held to let them in. Once finished, we head to double figures and soon.

IF this is true then its outstanding news for us. Clearly we have already a very very solid II shareholder base. But if PM issue a TR1 in due course or even their non disclosed % holding becomes public knowledge ( as it appears to be today by ZAK), then its yet another blue chip in the bag for us smaller PI's. Not clear how ZAK M seems to know about their statebuilding, but the market doesnt know??. At what point would PM have to disclose their holding?. It would certainly help explain this constant side ways share price between circa 5.5p - 6.4p for 2 months now while PM accumulate?. I saw the same with JLP when it was at 10p / 11p when Slater and PM were buyers.

No smoke without fire, it will all come out soon enough. The sooner any PM holding is public knowledge the better. Zak's comments needs urgent clarification as its sensitive market info and needs to be out there in the public domain.

I've had the same all year. Its because the bid & ask are so wide apart / mid price too. The result is the computer is guestimating whether its a buy or sell. Those who bought and those who sold still KNOW which trade is theres!.
Nothing to worry about. Its the same for all of us!. Add and hold

Just FYI. I've just tried a dummy 1m sell ( £60k) on HL, was instantly offered 6.04p. They have never done that all year when i've tested them. Cant usually sell more than 20k-30k at a time. So very interesting. They are happy to soak up a big sell if required.

I can buy £15,000 max at 6.17p if required. Big spread obviously. Somethings brewing imo. We are getting to the business end of the year now. Carbon neutral at month end, operational update soon on current BOPD, ongoing aquisitions and ofcourse Paradox. Add at these levels if you can folks. 6p-6.20p looks like a very solid base line now, consolidating very nicely. CH must also be talking to potential ongoing investors in the US?, afterall, that's his thing surely to help create a sizable mid cap. Have a good week. Cheers,

i think he / she is missing more than that!!. Scriven, i would advise you to go through every RNS / Video since about November last year until now. Its all there my friend. The best investment share and best BOD / CEO on the AIM.

100% Tom, took the words out of my mouth. Also a definete update on current production number & Future BOPD from these wells "Shortly". Plus plenty of other things going on, Paradox aside ofcourse!. He was talking 100's of wells potentially on the paradox acerage!. HSP allows them to work multiple wells from one surfice pad. ZEPHR and Paradox MUST now be right on the radar of some majors / more investors in the US. Surely??. it MUST be. CH's whole reason for this whole investment / project is to slowly build a mid cap or bigger O & G company, then sell it down the line . He aint going to be selling it for 6p, 10p or even 20p a share imo!.

What i find very pleasing, is the fact that after all the series of positive RNS's we have had this whole investment / company now and going forward has been MASSIVELY Derisked, hugely so. Its simply an outstanding series of acheivements this year , NOT a single foot wrong imo.

I do now feel we could well have US /UK small cap investment Co's looking at buying in here now that its derisked so much. Its substanstially less of an investment risk now than it was when our major share holders were putting in Millions at 2p -3p a share!!. Think on that and where we are now. All in all, we are in a very very good and strong place. And to boot, fully funded, NO debt, non operated producing assets and a faultless thus far development / testing of the cane creek.

Outstanding really. Come on CH, lets get the US investors super super excited and get this into double figures sooner rather than later!!. It wouldnt take much imo.

PS, for the nae sayers. I haven't sold a single share. Added in the 5.5p-6.39p range and now hold 6.4 million shares. I still have about £150,000 of free funds in my SIPP, so may add more next week. ZPHR is imo the best small cap play on the AIM by a mile, outstanding CEO & BOD, who haven't put a foot wrong, neither have the drill teams and the rest of the partners, now hugely derisked compared to 9 months ago. ZPHR is going to be big, very big. PPS. It could still be the subject of a takeover too in the next 12 months, don't forget that . They MUST be making waves in UTAH with the larger Oil co's. 1 Billion barrels dont foget!. A collosal number for a £80m mkt cap co. Keeping buying
