3 x well hook up asap & production , then a large JV drilling programne is all any of us should concentrate on. Thats the pruze & the 20p + goal. Albeit, i respect & appreciate all the in depth posts re the non ops.

Personally, im convinced Enbridge as significantly more involved with ZPHR & the paradox than any of us realise. I mean, ask yourself, why wouldnt they be?. Common business sense really imo.

Surely we should have news v soon re the extra land / acerage auction, that rhey needed the 2 million loan for?. End gane & thus the TRUTH about the paradox & its development surely edges closer & ever closer each day. My god its taking some time though

Agreed to be fair, great truthful post ebbs. But im still very positive, not if but when & atlesst poo is v high & will be for a long while imo & gas demand is high.... The rest of 2026 & beyond hinges purely on 1st production & a multi well JV programme, full stop, end of story. We still await firm action / closed deals & production CH. In this climate, ir should be the biggest shoe in / given in history. Impossible to fec..k thus up

Maybe so so the no of barrels, but POO is now hugely higher, so we are in the pink re cash coming in.

Throwing off cash now from non ops, so just have to park up and wait for Enbridge & team to close off everything for the well's hook up. Might still be 3 months for that. Until 1st GAS, there will be no JV or GAS marketing deal signed, for obvious reasons. All parties will need to have proof statement of production.

In plain English, it means Zephyr has been approached with some "maybe" deals that aren't legally final yet.

Here is the breakdown:

Non-Binding / Indicative Proposals: These are "soft" offers or letters of intent. The parties are interested, but they haven't signed a contract yet and can still walk away without penalty.

Hydrocarbon Marketing Solutions: Companies are offering to help Zephyr sell their oil and gas. This usually involves finding buyers or providing the infrastructure (like pipelines or trucking) to get the product to market.

Funding for Further Drilling: These same parties (or others) are offering to put up the cash needed to drill more wells. This is a big deal because drilling is expensive and risky.

The Bottom Line: Investors or partners are showing serious interest in Zephyr’s assets, suggesting they believe there is enough oil or gas there to make a profit.

And high POO for some time imo, a large % of our non ops BPD will be coining it in. Strongest all round position ZPHR has ever been in. Lets see if we get an interview with CH & how his body language is etc. I'm happy we are in a very good place. Just yet more patience. Also, see below, for the first time, he mentions, actual "SUPPLY OF GAS TO THE CITY OF GREEN RIVER", ie actually mentions an end user city. Must be a big positive that kind of statement

his will allow both the export of gas to the Northwest Pipeline and the supply of gas to customers in the City of Green River. Enbridge will construct, own, operate, and maintain the modified 16-inch pipeline facility.

NOTE the words, "AND FUNDING FOR ADDITIONAL DRILLING ", thats whats we need to hear above all the noise.

At present, Zephyr is in receipt of indicative non-binding proposals which would provide hydrocarbon marketing solutions and funding for additional drilling, and the Company will update the market as appropriate.

Overall, just more patience needed here. Clearly much of this is out of CH's control. So no point in us moaing aobut it

Sorry JO, yes, you are right, just so frustrating to see these huge POO & GAS prices and ZPHR arent online for the first 3 x wells, let alone our hugely strong position regarding a massive Paradox field development. I mean the mind boggles. ZPHR is now a share without question where you want your money in, during these awful times and frankly a new world times & high energy times going forward ( ie high POO & GAS ) & yet us SH's are stagnant & under water & frankly unsure why we are in this Bonanza POO & GAS world & onshore USA . This is without doubt the strangest share vs markets conditions vs safe operations i've ever seen / heard of / would ever see again.

Just very sad for CH , the BOD & all concerned here, that we cant just all make some very very strong money. 50p pls CH given the middle east. Tell Enbridge you will sell ZPHR the "United Kingdom" Investors, that will feck Trump up. take it private CH & feck the US, they aint doing you any favours

I've just messaged the DOE & NETl on their Insta account. You have to laugh, no one will see it or care . But i'm a determined basta...d and will contact every platform i can to ensure Big Donny Trump knows he needs to be aware of ZPHR & their reserves & make the USA great again!. every little helps. lol
