Just a thought re the Regulatory time its taking25 Mar 2026 16:58
One thing we have never discussed / thought about re the above time its taking for the wells / pipelines to come on line, is the small matter that originally the 36-2 well blew up ibn a big way & has huge pressure. This will all be heavily noted & documented by the local / federal inspectors / regulators & ofcourse Enbridge. I mention this, as it stands to reason that because of the "36-2's history" pre success in May 2025, surely the time taken in process of regulatory / inspections / etc etc, will bound to take longer than normal, given its GAS we are dealing with & a well that blew up in the past. ( i cant talk for the other 2 x wells ).
My point is, the powers that be will very likely be taking their time in a big way, so that no stone is left unturned . Moreover no self respecting Regulator wants to be the one who hurried things along, then potentially Health & safety issues arise on the well / pipeline hookup on 36-2 down the line & they are culpable.
Just a theory, but on the ground & in the real world, i think my theory stands up & because of the 36-2's blow out, & indeed likely fairly complicated hook up, it will be a painstaking job, which will get done, just longer than a normal well / pipeline imo. I'm fine with that though. Get the job done right, first time pre production
