In actual fact after chasing down a €656M claim via a no win no pay law firm from the country that's effectively stolen their asset they're very much worth the money.

Most AIM directors would have simply rolled over and took it then diluted the heck out of holders several times on a new project which would eventually fail anyway.

Your point is in error winni. They're not on high salary's for aim directors they're on relatively low salary's and the co. is moving forward just as well as it can do seeing it was ripped off by the Slovenian gov, its Slovenian partners and those operating the play for them.

Suing to recover funds was all that was left for them unless you wanted them to raise in the meanwhile for a S.American asset that given the history of aim co's trying to bring an asset to cash positive position with no funds would have ended in billions of shares in issue?

Patience through the court shenanigans has been the best policy for LT holders here in that respect and if in a year or so if they do win their big court case everyone's going to be congratulating them for it.

In the meanwhile they're winning cases against their partners and are now due a lump sum of some 3.5M euros along with a greater share of the revenue gong forward from their partners and are managing to place at a premium which pleases new holders if not those still hanging on from the pre covid pre attempted theft of their asset days.

Agree its been a hard slog for LT pi's holding but its not as if it wasn't an obvious sell once they started having difficulties in Europe is it so those holding and not jumping ship have only themselves to blame really.

Both have refused bonus payments until the co. has more funds to pay them

Hardly excessive esp given all paid board members attended all 14 board meetings throughout the year so they're not just there for show.

All in all they come out looking pretty good for aim directors, glad I was prompted me to look.

Appreciate you don't like Parson Winni but they've started winning their court cases. Its becoming a habit for them and as a business/revenue appreciation plan its working.

Knowing for sure that "if" they win big they're committed to distribution of funds to holders would have me buying more so will be watching closely to see how it pans outs at their meeting.

Its actually pretty useful if they put it to the vote and then commit to it.

Any big wins not going to happen for a while we all know that but as the date gets closer it will be good to know there's a portion going straight to holders rather than the co. blowing the lot on American misadventures. (though how they could I don't know)

For the record if you want to check I was posting the same. It was obvious to me and many others judging by the sp action over the last month or so that sales were little to non existent.

Best part of yesterdays RNS may well have been their confirming all of this.

My take for now is producing coal has been mastered the logistics of their partners/offtakers getting it to port hasn't.

So in theory they could sell the coal asset and use part of the funds to finance the gold play? Mining code allowing of course.

Market was quite keen on the gold play before they parked it and at nearly $2000 an oz likely would be again if they were funded for it.

Think myself they need to RNS that they've installed the initial pump and that its flowing well on it before the market gets excited again.

That being said had a small top up, in for a penny and all that.

They should have updated on the smaller pump going in during October from their placing RNS.

Can only presume until they do it hasn't happened imo.

The CLNs were issued whilst the shareprice was at the 4p to 5p level in order to buy their stake in Italy and were issued at a premium to the then price which was a very good deal for holders ie...

Closing shareprice 3.85p on 24th after range trading from 3.5p-5p for 5 months odd. CLN's issued on 25th at 4.25p resulting in a spike in the sp which carried on til it hit your 20p level.

Then on the way up £500k's worth issued at 5p which I believe was the price of the day-no discount given.
