Personally think they're going to have a hard time coming to terms with OO being the biggest part of the business for some time. They only wanted it for cashflow.

Bit like buying BP to make sure your petrol lawnmower has enough fuel to mow the lawn.

They already have commenced the next greenhouse and OO is profitable already pen. All profits aimed at building more greenhouses.

Would have been nice had you thanked me for explaining that HUI didn't buy OO Howards co' did and that he did the deal with HUI expressly to help HUI with their finances.

Gorgeous plants but was incorrect on the ipo. £40-£50M stated not my £30-£40M apologies.

Are you beginning to twig penstock/Lenfant that its not HUI who bought OO it was Howards co.CCS that did that?

CCS bought OO for €9.5m, payable in instalments of between €1m - €2m on agreed dates between June 2023 and December 2029.

Howard sold 49% of CCS to HUI in exchange for help with the initial payment and a 49M share transference from HUI to CCS.

Believe there was also a condition that the shares would be transferred once OO was profitable which has only occurred since Jan.

It was also envisioned by the way that once OO became profitable (which has now happened) that their profits would be used to help pay the instalments that Howards co. have to pay up to 2029. How good is that for CCS/HUI? Amazing eh?

Really looking forward to seeing what they do with OO his year. 37 greenhouses planned and a possible £30-£40M float of OO. Could be a great year. Glad I'm fully loaded now so just the patience thing to do as the market works out how wrong the bears are here.(imo of course)

Its only £20M pre float jancux1. Its anticipated £30, £40M on float and has taken time due to well known management issues ending with half the board of HUI ending up on OO's board as proposed directors, lack of promised potent weed and regulatory other issues such as complications with standard/premium market rules.

Believe they're still expecting float later this year. Not expecting a lot of revenue/divi's to come HUI's way for a while as they stated already the 4.5M euro contract was for more greenhouses etc and would imagine this will go on for a good while if they wish to get to 37 of said.

Yes it was. From RNS's they spent last year being disappointed by breeders who couldn't produce seeds/clones rich enough in thc. Took a lot longer than they thought to get reliable sources.

Whilst we're in the doldrums a little hope for the future courtesy of HUI putting a S. Times article on canna and OO right on a piece they did re production as they scale up..

Believe 200kg's is 200,000grms and at future pricing of 3 euro's/grm then 600,000 euro's/fortnight?

Just got to do the patience thing first by the looks of today's sp.

Only first AUD100K so far so not too surprising market didn't go banana's straight away imo.

That said with this AUD$3M share payment to SML take it this purchaser is anticipating floating at AUD$15M or more? Does seem to make SML look cheap and that's without the AUD$1.9M in cash payment and AUD$4M in future earnouts.

Agree strange pricings with these co's at times imho.

Shame they didn't use aisc. Presuming its higher they could have used today's update to get all costs out into the open whilst the sp's already on the floor giving better chance for a rise with the "going forwards" statement in the results.

Hopefully not too much difference between aic and aisc so it won't matter too much.

Major prediction is there'll be a lot of trolling from angry bears. How dare they have such a low AISC and how dare they be positive over how things are going!

Sure 8 am will show for sure but think we're on a winner too esp from these levels.

This is one stock that was being priced for complete and abject failure can no longer say that's the case imho.
