You're knocking these for having a tiny £300K raise at a 47% discount whist at the same time extolling the virtues of the very much larger placing at GENI for exactly the same discount. ie..

By diluted massively you mean the 3M shares they issued? Discount must have been highly disappointing but doesn't seem a lot of shares? Biggest issue here seems to have been market indifference to the plan so no option to raise without the discount.

Should that change then the 3M shares shouldn't matter too much going forwards imo.

Means its a fair update imo. Was a "reach" not an RNS so no figures to be expected but they're growing worldwide and so strengthening margin expansion.
