IMHO I think we will pass that hurdle swiftly in the weeks/months thereafter. IF the fundamentals are strong enough off course, read very good news for Lupuzor , Ureka etc.
Many punters will indeed sell into the rallye. My first 100K were LT, due to the placing and consequent retrace I doubled and that part of my holding is rather short term. So I will be also one of the sellers if the share price goes 20+

My rant for today: still puzzled why a placing just before 99% chance of good news of SPA. Or is it just that almost certainty that ii only wanted to step in now before the news? But then again, why the hurry to raise money? Is the money needed for something more risky and ii wanted only to take the risk at lower prices? What is in fact in contradiction seen the probability of SPA approved and time left till end P3.

When those 2 NRS come in a relative short timeframe 22p must still be achievable, even after that unexpected placing.

Nolupus, do you understand that big discount? With last placing ( with the two funds ) Tim was proud to have struck a strike price well above the sp ( what's actually is normal with convertibles, but that aside ) and now he does the opposite!

We need a few good NRS's!

No idea but still puzzled why exactly now and at such discount? If good news comes then Tim hasn't treated PI's and Institutional Investors equal!

Seems indeed odd to me. If they waited a few days till after the SPA they could have raised at less dilution. And they could afford to wait till the shareprice was at a right point for everyone. Or we are screwed or there is something big afoot.

Gareth, you forget that there are now many more shares! 14p now is not 14p after the placing.

Since when do investors decide that a company must do a placing! And then why at such a discount? Stinks all over!
