I've got a feeling it won't be long until WSG are awarded a decent sized managed services contract in Saudia Arabia so looking forward to getting an update on operations there. PF sounded very excited about it in the interview a few months ago.

Don't think so as news could drop at any time now so not worth risking being out.

Bid ticked up slightly just before the close. The share price is building a decent base around the 13p level. Most of the hot money is probably out now so I can see this steadily grinding higher over the coming days until we see another spike on the next RNS that will hopefully take the SP back into the 20s. I also think there is a decent chance of some good news on another front before Xmas

The NPV of Tulu Kapi is worth 10p to 20p on its own depending on whether to assume a gold price of $1300 or $1500. That's only for the open pit. So we also have the high grade underground mine potential, further exploration upside in Ethiopia and the huge potential in Saudi Arabia. I can't get excited about the SP hitting 2p. Wake me up when it's trading at 5p plus.

Think the re-rate has only just started.

I think we can go higher than that with the Tema contract signed.
The recent half-year report showed the company was doing well with strong revenue growth, operations were cash flow positive and the EBITDA loss was tiny. That was before any revenue from Tema. I think the final results will show a decent EBITDA profit and 2020 will be even better.

Sounds like we will be getting an early Xmas present. Wouldn't it be great if we got more than one this year ;-)

We were already cash flow positive before the Tema deal so now we have another big income stream from that the company will be in better shape than ever.

I think now the obstacle has been removed to signing the Tema contract we will see a significant increase in the WSG share price as the company is very undervalued. There is also the chance that another large contract could be signed at any time . I know we've been waiting a long time but I really feel the company is now at an inflection point.

It is also worth revisiting the half year results which were very decent. The company's operations were cash flow positive and this was before the company started receiving revenue from Tema. We also know from shareholder research that the Lunghi operation is further improving with greater traffic and new flights. The outlook was very positive:
"As reported in our 2018 Annual Report we have delivered steady year on year revenue growth over the past few years with 2018 being 24% up on the previous year. H1 2019 has continued this progress and commenced on a strong note showing 117% growth over H1 2018 and 37% growth over H2 2018. We expect this to continue. Based on our current order book and our run rate business, including Keyguard and Euro Ops, we expect 2019 revenues to be significantly ahead of 2018."

I think we have only scratched the surface on our licence and there is plenty more gold waiting to be discovered.

I just read this article and noted that it stated:
'Independent experts believe that Western Ethiopia potentially has the largest gold deposits in Africa.'
Tulu Kapi and Kefi's licence us in the west :-))

Anything less than .20p is a big cop out. If it hadn't been for COIL selling out his stake to try and buy back cheaper , I thing we could have raised the funds at between .25 and .30p which would have meant a lot less dilution.

I think we will get an 7am RNS on Monday saying there is an ABB at .20p. Later in the day there will be a 2nd RNS to confirm the cash has been raised.

Agree, I think RBD and UJO need to hold an investigation to found out who has been leaking information about West Newton, placings etc.
It is common knowledge that the PR girl is friends with COIL & BMD so this needs addressing if it is the source of the leaks as it is very damaging for shareholders.

I reckon it is all part of the stitch up. The bank robber, COIL and their crew probably put pressure on the nomad to get an RNS released to try and get as low a placing price as possible

The last placing was at .17p so given the progress you would expect a placing to be at a minimum of .20p if the company has handled it properly. It is disgusting how the market can be manipulated in this country. There's now way you'd get away with it in the USA and in Australia shares are suspended whilst a company arranges finance

I think we may get an RNS next week confirming today's news which unlocks the deal for WSG and then another RNS in December confirming that the contract has been signed.

The loan note holder forward sells the shares and then converts he doesn't wait until the shares are issued. That's how these facilities work to enable a risk free profit.

I've seen this play out on AIM. Once the loan note holder converts the final tranche the share price starts recovering. It many not happen in the first hour but now the background seller is removed it clears a big obstacle in the days ahead
